The best hotel in Otocac! Nice rooms and friendly people. When you travel to Plitvice lakes it's perfect. The village is small but nice.

Very badly received in this hotel where we stopped beginning of the night after a long drive to ask if a room was still available for 2 people. There was. The highest price was directly offered. Having a dog was a problem. Expressed with a bad grin and asking if dog is small or big. The host finally offered extra 30euros for the dog. Meaning 160euros in total. This is racketeering ! We are far from having the same definition of hospitality. Hopefully we found very kind people in another small town 1h extra drive welcoming us and dog with normal price, normal service and smile !

Their behavior is very rude and far from polite. They are far from being hospitable. They treated us badly because we came to the hotel at midnight and they knew we had no other choice. Although the normal room price of the hotel is 109 Euros, they told us that we could stay in the most expensive room because we came to the hotel at midnight. At the beginning they told us that we could not stay with our dog, but later they asked for 30 Euro extra fee.

Very noisy heating in the room, earplugs are a must. Horribly poor and low quality breakfast that they don't refill: if you show up after 7:30, you're gonna be left hungry. The hotel itself is badly maintained, it's more of a two star than a four star class. Kind personnel can't compensate for the horrifically deteriorated quality, compared to what it used to be.

Such friendly people, clean and comfortable rooms, and pleasant place to relax and have some good wine! Make sure to look at their "nicer" wines on their menu (by the bottle), as they have great Croatian options. Very happy with my stay in such a cute small town.

It is not a fantastic hotel but cannot complain as this is a hotel in small town. After reading review, I expected the worst from the place. Once step it, it is ok. The room is relatively small but it is clean. The dinner we had was nice. We had trout on that day. However, the breakfast was so so with limited choices. Again, it is not a bad hotel if it is 3 stars. With 4 stars rating, it is quite a disappointment

Had dinner here and the trout fish is not too bad. Although this is a 4 star hotel, it doesn't feel like one. The rooms are small and dated. Air-conditioning didn't seems to work well in our room. There is a heater in the bathroom so it is good to dry clothes. WiFi seems to be only available at the lower floors cos some of our tour group members couldn't get WiFi at the upper floors.
