The access to the water was great…if you enjoy cold swimming. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a nice property, because it has a lot of different activity opportunities so that you never get bored. Moreover the whole place was really clean, so you always felt comfortable. Also the staff was really nice and welcoming, that we felt really special! Overall we would recommend this hotel very much!

Overall really very good At check in we were told subbed where chargeable - luckily we had an email that told us ours were included - something about the date being 15/06 as chargeable - season change ? Otherwise that would have added €25 per day ! I do think hotels should not charge staying guests to use a facility ! Great hotel, clean room. Hotel by the beach, available parking. Good spread of breakfast. Disabled room is very wheelchair friendly and hotel is completely disabled friendly. You can even wheel into the pool with ramp and into the open sea with ramp. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is probably one of the cutest in this location . The room is spacious and clean . The bed and pillows are super comfortable. Even my kids sofa bed is comfortable. The breakfast is nice . The view is amazing and most of all , the staffs are nice. We asked for a late check coz our flight is super late at night and we got an extra an hour and half 😊 all in all , we love this hotel outside...

Although getting to the hotel is a bit of challenge trhrough the narrow streets od Petrčane willage, the hotel is situated by the nice bay with anchor boats. Our room had a beautiful view to the bay. Rooms and tge bathroom had a nice size and were clean. Restaurant has a seating on the outside patio with opening glass walls so you can enjoy the view even in a bad weather. All in all, it was a good experience with some issues , and therefore I would not give it a five star rating. The staff were really professional and nice. The rooms were clean. I tend to tip the cleaning staff of all people, and they always cleaned the rooms well. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, but was decent. Nice apartment, but bad maintenance. First apartment: could’nt close the door and we got a waterleakage in the kitchen. Lucky us, we got to switch apartment. At the beach: sun beds are reserved from early in the morning. No one removes towels. At the Zanzibar restaurant and pool, you have to pay extra for sunbeds, the pool bar is closed, the food is poor and the service lousy. bring your own ketchup...

The state of the apartment was run down, bed was uncomfortable. Floor was dirty and lot of ants run on the floor.

Great Apartment with everything you need. There is a swimming pool. Personnel is super kind and helpful. Beach is in 2m walk with a very nice pierce so you can jump swim etc. water is crystal clear. Love this place! Thank you

Very nice apartment with a nice view to the sea. Classy and tidy. Nice small pool area and very quiet surroundings. Only thing we would have needed would be some cleaning equipment.

Fantastic place to stay! Beautiful by the sea! Short way to nice Zadar. Really nice to swim in both the ocean and in the skimming pool. Very friendly and helpful staff! We got so much extra service, both when my son got ill and when we asked for late check out. Well kept, stylish and modern apartments! We recomend it! We rented 3 apartments for 9 persons. Nice view, big rooms and lovely staff!

4star self-contained apartments with a communal swimming pool. Well maintained place, 10min drive from Zadar and very close to the beach.

Great value for the money, only a few minutes drive from Zadar. Staff was very nice and polite. Hotel rooms clean and spacious. Free parking.

Had everything we needed. Good water pressure, a nice long indoor pool for swimming laps and the sea is walking distance as well. There’s a car park that’s covered on premises with limited spaces when busy but I found a spot. Gym is also great to have as a long distance driver. Would definitely stay again. Cheers - Volpe

Loved it! People moaning about breakfast are not serious as they must be expecting something outrageous or just being actively difficult to please. The food was great! In general, it’s a nice hotel with hard working staff.However, you need to consider 3 points: 1. they only offer WIFI in reception and in the rooms you need to use your own. 2. The breakfast buffet menu is the same every day with a really low quality and for us with 5days of staying it was really disappointing. 3. it’s far from the old town and you need a car to get everywhere else.

Our stay in this apartment was nice mainly because it's location. It's located right on the beach and near a grocery shop, nice bar and other services. But the room we stayed in was quite small which is ok but it wasn't as clean as we would wish to be. For example: little bit dirty plates, dust under the bed or dirty fridge.
