The hotel itself was not in the centre but it’s closer to the airport which we wanted exactly. The food was good and we had a good variety of meals. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and good looking but it would benefit from a fridge in the summer time. Overall everything was good.
Convenient location and nice room.
Everything was very good and very nice but only receiving from the lady of our arrivals to check in.
First of all, the good thing is that the parking lot is large, so I didn't have to worry about parking during this trip. The staff was friendly. It can't help but feel like an old hotel.
There was no hair dryer, refrigerator, coffee pot, etc., and the facilities were a bit old, but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Our room had good air conditioning. It seems like there are other rooms as well. Breakfast was so-so. The bathroom door didn't close properly, and one of the cabinet doors was broken. Cleanliness was good.
Simple institutional style hotel, no frills but clean, just a bit out of the way in a suburban semi industrial area out of the centre. Ok when you get Bolt app.

Slightly bland but very clean hotel on a main road out in the suburbs but easy to reach the old town by uber. What gives it four stars rather than lower is the pleasant and welcome pool (especially after a hot day of sightseeing) and the very helpful staff. It's also quiet - at least our room was, which faced the pool and had a small balcony. Negatives are few - the lack of a lift is an obvious one...
Excellent mini-hotel near the center and the beach, parking, swimming pool, excellent. Everything at your fingertips, friendly staff

I had a very pleasant experience. The room was nice and clean, the staff was great, beach is near and bus station is close by. Very good 👍
Lovely service, very warm and confortable, looking forward to returning in summer.
The hotel is directly at the sea. Room was clean and the hosts helpful. We ordered mostly fish menu at the restaurant. Everything was great and we recommend this place.
Excellent accommodation and friendly hosts. The room was very neat, I will definitely come back again!
Good place for accommodation if you need a bed and shower. Breakfast also ok. Rooms are wide and clean.
Restaurant with classic menu and pizza. Terasse with sea view. Pizza is good but small. Service is good.

Lovely campsite with amazing facilities. Private beach and access to the Funimation wellness center and spa. Only a short cycle into Zadar following the coastal road. Private beach ⛱️
Had such a pleasant stay at Falkensteiner. The Spa treatments are a must try and the staff is very professional and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here.
I liked it very much, all the employees work with great and always polite, very light food. I recommend!!!
Great location and quality staff. Best for families with children since they have playground and a lot of stuff to do for kids
Nice hotel but the food during lunch and dinner isn't the best. Big slices of pork (bacon?) is more boiled than fried. I ended up going into the city to eat instead. Everything else is great
Great friendly staff that speaks foreign languages. Great buffet breakfast and dinner. Lunch was so so. Heated outdoor and indoor pool. Fantastic views from rooms.

Nice place with all inclusive. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. The rooms was what you could expect, but with very thin walls. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Good. Not bad, not great. All inclusive, the croatian style. Food a little repetitive, leftovers from lunch are often reused for supper. Enough tasty fish, different types, different styles. Not enough watter melons and pineapple (very tasty, but insufficient quantities). Rooms are with air condition. Not very modern, but comfortable. Some with shower, some with bathtub. The room is very satisfactory, the heating is sufficient, the sea is opposite, the service staff is very fast, free parking is available, and there is a buffet
Kolovare Hotel is located on Kolovare Beach and has an outdoor swimming pool. It is a few minutes away from Zadar Bus Station, about a fifteen-minute walk from Zadar Old Town, and about a 20-minute walk from the Sea Organ. It is quite convenient and offers a decent breakfast. It is suitable for people traveling from Zadar to other places.
Good location close to attractions and the beach, very good breakfast buffet. The unprofessional reception staff, instead of welcoming us, started informing us about check-in times. Balconies have a brick wall with holes that obstruct the view.
There is nothing in the room, no slippers, no kettle, no toothbrush and toothpaste. It seems to be like this here and the price is very high.
Not satisfied, service facilities are poor
Very good hotel and delicious breakfast, our room is facing the beach and the swimming pool, walk 20 minutes to sea Organ

Stayed for a night, very friendly and accommodating staff! Breakfast spread was huge and everything was fresh. Room is small but nice upscale design.
Very pleasant stay (5 nights) , tastefully decorated but room was a little small. Good breakfast, just ask the staff for hot food and they make it (much better than a hot buffet). Great location with most things in walking distance. Staff always courteous and friendly. I would definitely return.
My Husband and I stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon. We were so impressed during our stay. Our suite was spacious and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We used the spa facilities, which we sincerely enjoyed. The breakfast was wonderful. Seriously, we can’t recommend this hotel enough. Very happy with our stay! Will come back if we are in Zadar...
We were upgraded to this hotel when our original choice had to be closed due to low booking. Lovely staff made us feel very welcome. Lovely room with excellent view over the Harbour. Room had very efficient air conditioning. Very nice breakfast buffet. Definitely best place in town.
We tried the restaurant late night, excellent location , warm welcoming friendly staff that spoke english well. Recommended us a Croatian dish (Brancin) which was delicious.
Excellent hotel, had a few restful nights there. Large rooms with nice view from the terrace. The breakfast was delicious and the staff welcoming and kind. Every room looks elite and has a nice style. The city center was close, really had nothing to complain about

I rated this place based on the breakfast only as I didn't stay there. I was desperate for decent breakfast and I wasn't disappointed at all. The fruit bowl and yoghurt was amazing. Everything I ordered was superb. Love the space :). Well done
Thank you for hosting my weekend getaway. Elena was our go to for all questions related to Zadar. Super knowledgeable, fast, and lovely to speak with. This is such a beautiful and unique hotel! The staff was so genuine and made us feel at home, it was such a comfy stay. The bathroom in particular is gorgeous with the marble look and the boutique look in general is beautiful. The complimentary breakfast was perfect as it was not too heavy and just perfect for fuel to walk around the streets of Zadar. The food was as if my grandma at home prepared...
Nice, clean place with kind and good staff.
This is a beautiful place to eat, the service is exceptional, the food was expertly prepared, the wine choice, directed by the waiter, was excellent and from a local vineyard. I can't recommend this enough. The hotel also looks very nicely presented and seems like the perfect place to stay in the old town of Zadar.
The hotel is new and everything is beautiful. The rooms are beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff came out of the hotel and helped me find parking, which can be difficult in this very busy city. The art on the hotel walls is very nice and it is all available for purchase form local artists.

I was there at the end of September and it was constantly raining. I wasn't on vacation though, so it's wasn't such a big loss. Everything at the villa was perfect! We had some issues. First they put us into a unit with no ocean view when the online reservation description said it included an ocean view - I complained and they moved us to a different unit with a very limited ocean view. Then the TV did not work. And the pool was unheated which disappointed my partner who was looking forward to a swim. On the plus side the receptionist was cheerful and friendly...
The owner is the receptionist and he is very helpful, easy going and overall nice to chat with. The rooms are great, bit far from the center, you need to use bolt/Uber. The view from the last flours towards the bay is great
Price-quality wise easily the best hotel we had on our Croatia trip. Breakfast is offered on the top floor, providing you with an impressive view over Zadar. Rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels are always provided. Very likeable owner, who truly wants you to have the best possible experience in his home town.
A bit pricey but everything was excellent. Clean rooms, big bed, one of the best A/C systems available, modern showering facilities and a very nice pool to cool off during the heatwave. There is a free parking for customers and its pretty close to the center of Zadar if u want to go visit some shops/dine/party. Great hotel!
The room and service was awesome. Really clean and comfy nice interiors. If you don't have your own car, it's a bit of walking to the old Town, so prepare yourself for hunting busses (I really don't get them here) or cabs.

Wonderful place that is very clean and modern. Our hostess was wonderful giving us a lot of recommendations on what to do in town. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Basic clean hotel with a small swimming pool. The staff forbade the use of a swimming ring in the pool. Beautiful sea view. Breakfast is not included in the price (16e/person). Amazing. Even though not a fancy, 5-star hotel, it is built literally on the beach, with the sea waves under your balkony. Sunsets & moonsets are breathtaking. Has its own small pool, in case you live the view, but not the salty water. Highly recommended!

The room facilities are relatively simple and slightly old, but the cleanliness is acceptable. The lack of an elevator is a bit of an obstacle for ladies.
This hotel is located in a remote area, but it has its own parking lot, free parking is convenient, the room is clean, and the service attitude is very good. In addition, the breakfast is rich and cost-effective, so it is recommended to consider it. 😁😁

Because of some things, we need to arrive at the hotel a little later. Maybe the city is small and the front desk is hard to find. The female boss came to pick us up in person. We absolutely loved our stay! Yes, these are more of luxury flats than a hotel. And yes, the building and the climb up the stairs are not a strong point. But the rooms themselves are treat! To start: i think it’s inaccurate to call it Hotel. It’s more a “luxury” flat in a very ugly building. If you have locomotion problems this is not for you, as you have 3 floors of steps to climb to the room, which by the way is very beautiful and well decorated. Everything new and good quality. It was not easy to find the closest parking lot, since the street where the hotel is located is forbidden...
Inga our host was warm and welcoming and everything was presented beautifully. The rooms are in a great location to explore the old city.
Firstly, I wouldn't recommend these rooms if you have a car. The carpark was a bit tricky to find and was absolutely full when we arrived, with people double-parked everywhere. Luckily someone left while we were hanging around - but this is just an ordinary uncovered public carpark and so we didn't feel the car was very secure. However, the rooms were only a 4 minute easy walk away - and we were met...
