Great value for the money, only a few minutes drive from Zadar.
Staff was very nice and polite.
Hotel rooms clean and spacious.
Free parking.

Had everything we needed. Good water pressure, a nice long indoor pool for swimming laps and the sea is walking distance as well. There’s a car park that’s covered on premises with limited spaces when busy but I found a spot. Gym is also great to have as a long distance driver. Would definitely stay again. Cheers - Volpe

Loved it! People moaning about breakfast are not serious as they must be expecting something outrageous or just being actively difficult to please. The food was great! The only thing missing is a lunch menu, which wasn't possible. Otherwise, rooms were clean, happy with the service, pools are fantastic, and the vibe is calm. Finally, location is good and away from the hustle, few mins walk from the beach!

The hotel is lovely the rooms bed and pillows are really nice , there is no water in the room for guests,and there are no blackout curtains and there is nothing close by , the hotel is very nice breakfast was ok , lacking Gronala but lots of other options to choose from ,

The hotel is modern and extremely well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The bed was very comfortable and the bedding of good quality.
There is a beach a very short walk away which was lovely and very quiet. Perfect for sunset strolls.
The general area seems to be one that is currently being developed so it will probably become more lively in a few years, however this suited my husband and i as we would rather stay in a quiet area. We had hired a car so getting about to see Zadar town was easy and only a short drive away.
We decided to eat at the hotel on our first night and the food wasn't brilliant but rather plain. My dish was supposed to come with vegetables and all that there was were some onions with a bit of courgette. Breakfast was also supplied and there was always a huge amount to choose from, cereals, pastries, cold meats and cheese, pancakes, yogurt and fruit as well as hot food. This could be a little hit and miss. Fried eggs were fine but you'll not be getting an English breakfast if that's what you are hoping for.
The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and having a pool was a bonus even if it was a little chilly .
We would definitely stay again.

It was perfectly located with easy access to beaches, restaurants. The facility has free on site parking, indoor and outdoor pools. This is perfect for those who want something away from the city

[room superior, sea view] Service - hotel personel and the owners are extremely nice, always very helpful and smiling. Rooms - very nice and comfy rooms, cleaned and everything exchanged almost every day, all needed equipment, capacious wardrobes, additional towels (pool/beach) can be rent. Food - 100 of 10, especially dinners which are really a star! Big portions, dinner menu known in the morning and free of charge replacement of food for children. Except breakfast, drinks to be extra paid. Pools (2) - 1st bigger, covered for adults has a cold water and is not visited frequently. 2nd - open, very nice with warm water (app. 23-24 C degrees), surrounded with loungers with soft pillows. It's quite deep (app. 1,55 m). Parking - free, big enough. Location - very close to the airport, Zadar city and many nice beaches. In my opinion an ideal location. To have it really perfect - a bootle of water to be left in a room (as for standard hotels) and the room service should come a bit later (sometimes knocking at 7.30 AM!) ;-)

Good hotel about 10-15 minutes drive from Zadar centre. We had a double room which was compact and decent size bathroom. Good shower but strange arrangement whereby it was necessary to hold shower head as no hook at height!

Good facilities with lovely pool, bar and restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with many choices.

Good parking available.
