Everything about this property is amazing. Enjoyment for the whole family. All staff are professional and kind.

We had stayed at this property 12 years ago so we decided to stay again. It was not as enjoyable as the first time. It was very noisy and the property had not been maintained very well.

I'm not sure why this hotel is only rated 3 stars. It's fantastic, from the food, to the staff, to where it's located. It a hidden gem in my opinion. Loads of parking spaces. Clean rooms. Nothing bad to say about here at all.

Fabulous budget hotel, right on the beach, lots of indoor and outdoor space. Rooms a decent size if a ligttle tired, balcony and seaview rooms are lovely. All-inclusive offering very extensive and exceptional value for money although as the hotel caters predominantly for German clientele expect that represented in the food.

The rooms vere nice, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious. But our problem was that we got a room right above the stage which was very loud at night till 10.30/11.00. As we have small kids, we didn't appreciate it. As a hotel that is family friendly with a kids program, we didn't understand why it was so. Also, the air condition didn't work last two days. It was very hot.

It was a nice property, because it has a lot of different activity opportunities so that you never get bored. Moreover the whole place was really clean, so you always felt comfortable. Overall really very good At check in we were told subbed where chargeable - luckily we had an email that told us ours were included - something about the date being 15/06 as chargeable - season change ? Otherwise that would have added €25 per day ! I do think hotels should not charge staying guests to use a facility ! Great hotel, clean room. Hotel by the beach, available parking. Good spread of breakfast. Disabled room is very wheelchair friendly and hotel is completely disabled friendly. You can even wheel into the pool with ramp and into the open sea with ramp. Will definitely stay here again.

The room facilities are relatively simple and slightly old, but the cleanliness is acceptable. The lack of an elevator is a bit of an obstacle for ladies.

This hotel is located in a remote area, but it has its own parking lot, free parking is convenient, the room is clean, and the service attitude is very good. In addition, the breakfast is rich and cost-effective, so it is recommended to consider it. 😁😁

Underwhelming Booked a double bed, got a pushed together twin. Room was a little on the tired side. Shower was tiny, leaked over the floor, and had the toilet immediately in front of it (had to step out diagonally). And not their fault, but the road to the hotel was blocked, so had to walk with our luggage some distance to get there. No communication to inform us of that.

Great service, perfect what we were looking for. Spent 1 nt. Quick Uber into Old town. The bar/restaurant staff were very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. Only 25 mins to Zadar aiport.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, clean, balcony overlooking the sea. There is even a hot tub to use outside and spa facilities. There was a bus stop opposite the hotel which was perfect to go into the town (15minutes) The hotel was very homely and the staff were all excellent. I would highly recommend to others to stay at this hotel!

Very pretty and clean hotel, from the lobby to the rooms. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Staff were helpful and polite. Close proximity to the old town, by car. Only regret was not having time to visit the spa with indoor pool and sauna.

Don’t book a comfort room. Place is tired. Room was clean. Comfort rooms all have awful views over the kitchen and air duct system. The air conditioning didn’t work. There are no lifts in the building. Felt a bit tired.

The room was clean, but small and outdated, shower very small, confortroom view is a roof top!!! Which was very disappointing. Beach is not private its open to public. Had to pay extra to change my booking dates and it wasn't worth it. Old hotel, about 1 hour walk from old town, over all wasn't satisfied.

Really nice find. Our flight got cancelled. We were delighted to find this property on short notice. Staff is wonderful. Location is perfect for walking, beach access, and restaurants. What a fantastic quality hotel this is, absolutely classic decoration and furnishings and the bedrooms are spotlessly clean, with the hotel being right on the sea front we chose a room with a sea view and large balcony. Nice apartment, but bad maintenance. First apartment: could’nt close the door and we got a waterleakage in the kitchen. Lucky us, we got to switch apartment. At the beach: sun beds are reserved from early in the morning. No one removes towels. The state of the apartment was run down, bed was uncomfortable. Floor was dirty and lot of ants run on the floor.

Good hotel about 10-15 minutes drive from Zadar centre. We had a double room which was compact and decent size bathroom. Good shower but strange arrangement whereby it was necessary to hold shower head as no hook at height! Good facilities with lovely pool, bar and restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Nice place to stay. Clean, modern apartments with parking place. Nice and clean pool. Beach is about 3min. of walking (small stones and concrete pier). Good for families with kids, no bars or disco.... quiet place. Restaurants are 5min. by car, shop is 5min. walking - up hill, so maybe car is better choice :-)
