What can I say? The perfect place for a relaxing vacation. All the staff are friendly and super kind. Super-abundant breakfasts (try the omelets) and excellent dinners, especially the pizza. Please stop putting mushrooms in your carbonara. The outdoor and indoor pools are well-maintained, and the spa is convenient.

Unfortunately, the hotel is showing its age and needs renovation. The exterior also needs some updating. The food was good, and everything was served by friendly staff.

Room relatively small, once the bed was made the other time it was just pretended. Breakfast and food were ok; Unfortunately you can only sit on the upper terrace during breakfast or dinner, but that should be changed for a hotel with a sea view (so that you can sit outside nice and comfortably even when staying in the lobby or bar);

Very good price / quality ratio! Great pool area, great spa and fitness area and very comfortable terrace with a view at breakfast. Rooms are clean and new, the food is exceptionally good. We would come back anytime.

We stay at Ai Pinia apartment. Apartment is large, spacious. Terrace is huge. Quiet place, a lot of play ground around apartments, huge parking space behind fence. Sponge and dish washing detergent was provided. Highly recommended. I forgot hand watch in apartment, kindly staff delivered to reception and later they sent to my home address. Priceless!

Nice and friendly staff, they’re all very kind. The hotel itself could use little renovation, carpets are old and dated. Also they could put as information that the hotel pool is for non swimmers. The food was good. I was happy to see that they had many options for vegetarians. But overall very good.

Location excellent, breakfast and evening meal both very good . Rooms facing the pool were ok , and the staff service was exemplary.. it had an air of maybe seeing better days in the past , and extremely quiet, but for our night touring the coast it fit the brief .

Beautiful and quiet campsite, which has a beautiful beach on the gulf, the beach is made of white pebbles and on the side there is a beautiful cliff, also excellent for snorkeling and relaxation! The campsite is very quiet and super clean, bathrooms are super private and secluded, everything very relaxing! I recommend it! (I stayed in the camper pitch)! Prices are a bit high though

Location directly on the seafront. Very modern, spacious, and clean rooms. Good breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, there are few vegetarian dining options nearby. The reception staff was rather unfriendly. The rest of the hotel staff was friendly. Parking is not always available at the hotel (depending on the time of day and travel time).

For the price it’s quite ok. This hotel I find it’s suits for family not romantic couple. But if you are a couple and want to get what you pay this is also a good option. It’s loud during the day because many group of families, but somehow fun. For us it was a pleasant suprise! We didn't plan ahead, just go! Ai Pini has everything you need and more - clean apartment, all the utilities, big terase, close to beach, quiet, comfortable bed, fridge, fresh towels (it belongs to hotel Arena Holiday) and so on. We are definitely coming back! 🤗

Great 10 days stay at Ai Pini apartments. Check in is at the hotel Arena, 1000m walk (if you have problems with card during night, you have to go there, during day, every problem is solved by Ai Pini crew, only have to call to reception. Very comfortable and clean apartement about 5 minutes from the beach and promenade. A grovery shop is also about 10 minutes walking. There is also a playground in the area.

Perfect position and friendly staff. Breakfast is one of their value. The room I had was dark and a bit old style, not too big (for the price paid the room I would expect something better, I guess the room upstairs were better and with more natural light). Overall I suggest the place, just ask not to be placed at the ground floor room.

A very nice, clean and confortable place in the Medulin center. The owner is very friendly, they serve great breakfast, have their own swimming pool, parking space is next to the building etc... I would suggest staying here to everyone.

The Apartments were pretty good and clean but the equipment(spoons etc.) wasnt good at all there were 2 useable knifes the rest were broken. The Water smelt like it was full of Chlor.

The Hotel owns a private beach, a beautiful pool. Everything was simply wow. The situation for cars is a bit difficult.

Not only is the service wonderful and the rooms beautiful, the owners of this hotel are truly amazing. I had an injury biking and they made the whole experience easy. Even giving me a boot for the trip home. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for three nights in May, beautiful hotel with great facilities and nothing is too much for the staff. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Location is super only a short walk to the sea and to some local bars and restaurants. Short drive into Pula to see the attractions.

The apartments are nice and well-equipped, with easy check-in/check-out procedures. Unfortunately, compliance with the pool rules is not monitored. I argued with an impolite family and during our last days, a +20 people family forced us and other guests to go to the hotel pool.

Booked to extend my vacation. The apartment was clean, but showing its age; the furniture was a bit scuffed. Only the living room was air-conditioned, not the bedroom. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the pool was equipped with loungers. The location was good, which justifies the price.

Everything in perfect order, very friendly staff, nice boss. We think the existing 22 kW charging station for electric cars is great. Our apartment was very clean and well equipped. We had a balcony, a parking lot and there is also a nice pool. It is only a few hundred meters to the entrance to the nature park. Therefore clear 5 stars.

Located within a walking distance from the sea this hotel has a good location. They have enough parking space so you can park your car in the evening, and in the morning after a lovely breakfast and a light swim in the pool that sits so well in the back yard, you can take your car and go tuouring the sea side that is amazing in Istra. Rooms look nice and clean, but pillows and mattress were not comfortable. Better to stay somewhere closer to the city center if you want to explore the area by foot. Staff were accommodating of late check out but weren't around much. Eg. When we ran out of toilet roll there was no one around to restock.
