Plamar Mobile Homes Bi Village

Brilliant! We had the best holiday and we will definitely be back (we aren’t ones for returning to the same place usually). Our two girls aged 3.5 and 2 loved it and we found there was plenty for them to do. Swimming pools/slides are great. For us it was actually a good thing that the pools closed for two hours at the hottest point of the day, also worked well for getting the kids lunch so don’t agree with the negative comments about this, allows the lifeguards to get a good break too. Fazana is absolutely stunning and this camp site is perfectly situated for exploring on foot. Camp site was clean and well kept. Shout out to Ella in kids club- she was so lovely and we enjoyed the activities they did in there.

For those worried about the reviews recently just remember, we’re usually quick to write a bad review rather than a good review, admittedly I was slightly worried, but I done my research and knew that high season starts late June so everything was open when we were there, yes the pools are closed between 1-3pm but in all honesty it was a blessing as it was far too hot and dangerous for our pasty English skin to be out in it anyway, there’s a very cute bar called coco’s half way between bi village and Fazana right next to the sea with an abundance of shade and sea and lovely staff too! Yea the restaurants might not be the best you will have but for picky eaters like us they worked perfectly, you have to try the pizzas! We had a bbq at our lodge so we took a few trips to the supermarket, mornings are crazy busy so if you get overwhelmed quickly, go later! But food was fab, veg was super fresh and steak was soooo cheap!! We booked via eurocamp and the check in was easy, lots of info on arrival but a big map for you to take it all in, our lodge was perfect we booked an extra room for luggage to be stored and it worked perfectly! Everything was clean, we had all the utilities we needed to bbq, I did bring a tea towel which was a plus and we bought extra toilet roll on site. The site store was as you expect had all the amenities and a slightly higher price but no different to your usual Tesco express lets be honest and literally a skip away! Our fave restaurant was in fazana at a little place called KF right on the marina, staff were so friendly, menu was varied and the food was amazing!! There is so much to do in and around the site that you won’t be bored, yes sun beds were hard to come by sometimes, but if they had too many more it would feel over ran and let’s face it it’s a family place it’s designed for kids so you spend most of your time in the pool! Our little one is 4 so we preferred the pool with the splash park which had lots of shade when needed, toilets and lots of options for the pool. We took the bus into pula which was really straight forward and the bus driver was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Pros: - Lived in Standard Holiday Villa, which could be rated as 4+ - These are refurbished inside and spacious + sparking just by door. - Huge territory - Three pools was more then required for our family. - Lot of activities for kids. - Very long seashore with walking distance to cute Fazana Venetian oldtown. - Nice camping area with lot's of polite and quite German seniors. Cons: - Overall quite loud during season peak because youth/teen groups arrive. - Except latest refurbished rooms the grass/lawn everywhere is overused - Overall villas needs refurbishment - Seashore can be cleaned of rubbish more often - Very expensive shop and restaurants, but not far shopping mall and other restaurants in Fazana.

There are pros and cons to Bi Village but overall it was a great location and lots to do as long as you are content with some compromise. Pros 3 pools so when one was shut (they each shut for one day a week) there was another to go to. Location great, close to beach and fazana. Uber - you can get a taxi to pula for a reasonable amount if you have no car. Free net park Playground Mini discos No mad rush in the morning for sun loungers. Great on site bakery. Close to a supermarket for cheaper shop for essentials. Cons The reception staff were unpleasant and not helpful. Would very much not recommend any of them, they were of no help and gave us no information not even where we were staying. Very loud on Thursday/ Friday / Saturday nights with music. Mobile home was mouldy in the bathroom and in general a bit worn out. No plug sockets in kitchen area. No air con in communal area of mobile home. All pools shut between 1-3pm for quiet time which was interesting given the loud music at night over the weekend… General Maintenance could do with looking at, loose tiles trip hazard next to pool, concrete slab in the middle of a slide pool in place of a water feature. On site supermarket was relatively expensive but it is what you would expect. I would go again but I would book different accommodation and make sure that I triple checked book in time as despite promises we waited for over 2 hours to check in with different information from different people.
