The hotel is situated between the mountainous ridge and the Adriatic, right on the beach. It offers spacious, comfortable rooms and a rich infrastructure. Location: 800 metres from the centre of Starigrad-Paklenica and 2 km from the entrance to Paklenica national Park, 45 km from Zadar, 50 km from Zadar airport.

Consists of one 10-storey building.

The hotel has 162 rooms.

Beach: public sandy-pebble beach, 100 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. The length of the beach 200 m.

Pets are not allowed.

This hotel is currently run by Neilsons as a Beachclub and is fabulous. The staff are excellent and the facilities are superb. Sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, paddle boarding waterskiing, fitness activities, cycling, tennis, lovely pool. The food is great.

Management of this hotel should replace rude young lady at the reception. Today I tried to call the reception 4x with one simple question and she intentionally hang up on me every time and play the game that phone is deaf/dead. When I stopped by to find out for myself she was absolutely rude and customer non friendly at all. I told her that there is something wrong with the phone (that’s what I thought at first) she said just simple “OK” without any attention, it was obvious that she doesn’t care and she doesn’t want to bother herself with job duties, definitely not the right person to be at the reception desk of this hotel. I love to stay at Berulia with excellent services, but this young lady is killing the good name of Bluesun hotels…. I will never go near this Alan hotel again….

Beautiful location, lovely refurbished rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Maybe a few more staff in the restaurant would help raise my rating of the service.

Good facilities and great tennis coaches. Accommodation was a bit poor (broken bed slats, AC leaking), but otherwise facilities were very good. Would recommend the spa!

Now known as the Alana Beach club. Run by Nielson. Very good hotel with lots of activities and social events. Food is average, but standard for an inclusive resort. Would stay again purely for the amazing location right next to Paklenica National Park. Great walks and amazing rock climbing.

An amazing resort with plenty of facilities and pieces of kit to keep you busy - an added bonus of being right on the edge of a national park!

We were here for a week, and always found that there was many an activity to keep us busy. From sailing or windsurfing, to the great group tennis sessions, we were always busy!

Big love for the buffet food service - some of the best puddings we've ever seen on a Neilson 😂

Value for the money, spacious and tidy family room. The pool is also big, there are also two smaller ones. Friendly staff, great food, especially if you can enjoy it during the summer on a terrace surrounded by mediterranean trees. The beach bar is also very pleasant. Great hotel, whether you stay there for a summer vacation or you are more interested in hiking and climbing on Velebit and Paklenica National park.

Now run by Neilson active holidays, had a fortune spent on the hotel and fabulous new watersport kit , 80 new cycles, 6 great tennis courts , staff and tuition is A1, spa is fantastic..food great, book with confidence !!
