Congiere, restaurant staff, house keeping and actually all staff provide exceptional customer service!!!! The whole experience was incredible. They have very good program for kids so I would recommend this resort especially for families. Staff is very nice, kind and polite. Food is very good and the whole stay was incredible. Would 100% recommend!

The hotel took us 200Eur per night (2 person's) - and just delivered not enough for that. The old dirty floors on the stairs, the not existing elevator, the many years not renewed rooms... everything ok in principle. But not expected by us for paying 200Eur. Many shops and small restaurants at the coast nearby. Area a little bit too full with tourists.
Great place in the centre of Rabac! Normal prices for staying,and all other options...

I visited in June last year. It was a very quiet resort at that time so plenty of space. Weather was mainly overcast during my visit. There are lots of beach spaces and an excellent area on the water for kids - kind of a bouncy castle for Aqua. many walking and bike trails make it a fun place for an active family.

A large hotel complex with 4 swimming pools, located right on the seafront in a beautiful bay. Just a few minutes walk from the city center. Very clean facility. This spacious room is well equipped with a minibar and air conditioning. The breakfast is plentiful and good (except for the scrambled eggs). Dinner on half board is enough. Full board is not recommended as there are plenty of alternatives...
Stayed here on a Shearings holiday last year on an all Inclusive, absolutely amazing hotel, very clean and the food was good, fantastic sea view from our balcony, couldn't ask for a better location, the resort is super clean and absolutely stunning, the people are friendly, would go back in an heartbeat, 10 out of 10 ☺

Don't go if you have a baby who can't walk... you have to climb to the reception and to the swimming pool or restaurant. If you want to go to the Pool or restaurant you have to take 4 elevators. Most of the time it takes some time to get to the right floor. When we arrived in our *first* room there were ants and insects like huge grasshoppers. as part of a school trip with 160 students. the bungalows are quite basic with sheets that do not seem hygienic at all. To have hot water in the shower, you can dream. We were eating at the hotel across the street and the food was pretty good.
Good campsite near to the lively town and can use the pools in the hotel complex or buy a buffet meal. WiFi good plenty of good restaurants near. Beach nearby.
