NO NO NO NO NO!!! (see Pictures!)

The room provided was in a highly unhygienic state. There were black hairs everywhere – in the bathroom and even in the beds. Dead insects could be seen on the walls and behind the glass of picture frames. Although I reported this issue to the reception, the cleaning that followed was only superficial. Due to the persistent lack of cleanliness, we felt compelled to clean the room ourselves. We borrowed a vacuum cleaner from the housekeeping staff, but it had no suction power whatsoever.

In addition, the room facilities were inadequate. There was only one power socket available, which is completely unacceptable for a modern hotel. The air conditioning did not work, which made the stay particularly uncomfortable in the summer heat.

The pool area also posed serious concerns: missing tiles created a risk of injury, including the possibility of cuts.

Finally, the breakfast was disappointing – especially the coffee, which was simply undrinkable.

Overall, our stay fell far short of the standards one would expect from a hotel of this category.

Honestly this hotel is not in any way worthy of 4 stars it was somehow given. The room we were staying in had bad AC, which meant it was almost always hot, which in the summer is far from ideal. We also on some days did not get fresh towels because apparently the hotel didn't have any clean ones left to give. The cleanliness overall was bad with dirty bathtub and dirty walls. The food choices are limited, especially if you do not eat meat, as well as plates and glasses are extremely dirty, so you have to be careful which ones you choose to put your food on or your drink in. There is also a terrible smell of poop coming from the bathroom every day during the night and the bed is super uncomfortable to sleep on. Only one electric socket in the whole room to use, so be mindful of that. Elevators are small, slow and therefor useless almost all of the time because of the amount of guests trying to use them. Just don't book this one and find something better.

We paid for a beautiful room with a balcony, but were instead dumped in a basement that could only be described as a prison cell without the charm. After arguing with the staff (because apparently, getting the room you paid for is considered “negotiable” here), we were moved to another room. This “upgrade” came with a free souvenir — short, curly hairs that were definitely not from someone’s head.

But wait — it gets better. In the middle of the night, our ceiling collapsed. Yes, collapsed. I have two small children, and I’m sure the management would describe this as an “authentic adventure experience.” When we asked them to fix the broken air conditioner that caused the ceiling to give way, they handed us… towels. Not to clean up the mess — no, no, to catch the water so it wouldn’t make the floor wet. Genius.

This place should win an award for turning a dream vacation into a survival reality show. If you love filth, danger, and the warm feeling of being scammed, book now — because this is truly the WORST hotel on planet Earth.

When I booked, it clearly said dogs were allowed with no extra fee. Just to be sure, I contacted the property — and suddenly there’s a €20 per day charge for a dog. That’s a hidden fee and completely misleading. I cancelled immediately because I’m not okay with being misled like that.
