Loved our stay here. The staff were friendly and professional. We enjoyed our breakfast as it offered a variety of foods. Our room was comfortable and clean with a lovely view. I'd love to come back ☺️

Amazing hotel! We stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't have been more content!

excellent food includes meet, seafood and high quality pizza, the service is truly nice and knowledgeable about the high quality local ingredients, the place has nice atmoshere, quiet, pet friendly, plenty of parking space and it is very conveniently located for anyone staying in Umag and Savudrija THis Villa a part of the excellent restaurant is known as a boutique hotel with very well appointed rooms and very reasonable price tag.

This is a great place, very sensible! The rooms are absolutely amazing and nice and cold! Great working thermostat unlike the archaic Hotel Mozart in Opatija. The hotel workers are fantastic very friendly they all deserve a raise. I can't say Umag is a definitive place to visit here in Istria but it was ok. I would personally suggest stick to Rovinj and Pula. If you started say in Trieste, visit that bit of Italy for a while, then move on to the Slovene coast and Predjama/the caves then venture down to Rovinj and end in Pula. Thank you very much, great hotel though

WOW! If I could cancel the second location of our trip and just stay here until we go home I would. The staff is probably the nicest, most welcoming staff I have ever met. The hotel is spotless and beautifully decorated. The beach is just a short walk. The restaurant attached is also amazing. The breakfast area offers indoor and outdoor seating. They have a wide variety of breakfast foods and will even make an omelet or eggs to order. Definitely take advantage of this service bc the ham and cheese omelet is delicious. The rooms are spacious and have good AC. Oh and beds are so comfortable! I could go on and on. Just book this place! You won't regret it. I cannot wait to come back.

We choose this hotel for our vacation based on good reviews for service and food. All is true. Service is exelent, people who work there are kind, helpfull, always willing to go extra mile to support guests. Breakfast delicious: very good coffee, homemade cakes, ect. Small and quiet hotel with spacious rooms and huge beds :) We enjoyed our stay very much.

Good enough. Good price. Walls sometimes noisy because of neighbours tv. But that will stop eventually. The showerhead gives not so much water, but the bath shower head is bringing enough water and after few minutes also hot water. The beds are really good and very important for me is that you can make the room completely dark to have a good sleep. Also airco is present, but i was there in november, low season, almost everything is closed, but not a problem for me ( business trip). Dinner can be in the city or Tino/neighbour restaurant in low season.

We have been waiting 75 minutes to get four pizzas in this place. The waiter which was servicing our table was not able to speak neither English or German.To summarise - we would certainly not come back and do not recommend this place to other guests.

The hotel is very tidy and clean. Personnel friendly and helpful. In a tranquil setting. A lovely buffet breakfast.
