Hotels All-inclusive in Famagusta

These little additions make the experience feel fresh and thoughtful. For example, on the 8th of March every woman received a lovely small gift when entering the restaurant for dinner, which was a very nice surprise

The restaurant offers delicious and varied food, and for special occasions they create lovely touches such as beautifully arranged dinner tables or cocktails

Restaurant: I don't remember their names exactly, but whoever your chef was, he was excellent. Everything we ate was wonderful, congratulations to him

The food and drinks are first class,entertainment also. You couldn't find a better hotel anywhere

As a family living in Antalya and coming from the tourism sector, we understood why the staff were so happy. You exceeded expectations because you are financially stable and it's very clear that you keep your staff happy

I’m starting to think that Suleiman (one of the waiters) might be a mind reader—he always seems to appear at exactly the right moment with exactly what you need. That said, the whole team works incredibly hard

Great hotel! It's our second time coming back to this hotel. It offers variety of amenities, due to COVID-19 it was not crowded so we had the pleasure of enjoying all amenities without waiting in line or disruption

Very good food, high quality service, room cleaned every day, beach cleaned every day, bar on the beach with good drinks, fruits and hot dogs! Hamburger restaurant with so much good hamburgers

The hotel management is awesome, they made sure our vacation was going well. The beach is sand and water is great! Only negative side is there is not much to see outside of the boundaries of the hotel

It is totally digital where no traditional slot machines are present. The minimum bet on Black jack was 15$, which was high for us. There are private tables and private rooms, as well as premium digital slot machines

Lunchtime at the outside restaurant was a bit of a scramble for tables and at times there were not enough tables for the number of guests

I won't rate the rooms as I'm on day pass. I feel like the staff weren't giving us 100% because we are day pass, with a bright yellow bracelet. Location wise this venue is one of the last before the roads become

The gentleman at the desk wasn't totally clear about what we were and weren't aloud to do with the day pass, i believe aren't aloud alcohol but had full access to the buffet and pool which was what we wanted

A special call out to the young lady who works in the bar at the water park who was cheerful and helpful. The entertainment staff were also full of energy and offered some great exercise classes

less maintained, there's no real reason for tourist to go further than this other than visiting villages and tourist sites. I'd like to see what it's like here in the thick of tourist season

Having read through some of the reviews let's settle a few things. Check in times are not particularly fast, I agree, although I didn't have the long waits some people have claimed to have

The food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of local specialties, and international dishes. Dinner by the sea each evening was a highlight, and the Mimoza cocktail were top-notch

This time of year (February), is perfect. It was so peaceful, so quiet, and so tranquil. The room was great, the employees were great, and the location was great

Just one general comment: Regarding the Spaghetti Napolitan, it’s supposed to be mostly pasta and tomatoes. In my case, it was mostly pasta and red peppers, with very few tomatoes

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and elegantly decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Our balcony overlooked the sea, and watching the sunrise each morning felt like pure magic

We like the fact that the hotel is in lots of separate 3 storey blocks with pretty gardens in between them, not 1 high block & above all we love the gorgeous setting of the pools overlooking the beautiful small cove beach

Myself & my husband visited the Malama Beach for the 7th time at the very end of October for 9 days

1 evening this year we tried the Mediterranean night at the hotel restaurant, there was an excellent range of foods for all tastes, the live cooking areas were brilliant

We always hire a car & drive to Protaras in about 10 minutes with a big choice of restaurants & bars, though about 40% of these were closed in the 1st week of November

Mr Panicos Roussos, the restaurant manager, is an exceptional person in our opinion, he has trained his staff to be so polite & hard working & he is a credit to the hotel

8th April for 10 nights All inclusive. Hotel is modern and clean, pools are clean and staff are very friendly. Was not given much info on arrival apart from scan QR code. So we figured ourselves regarding mealtimes,etc

We looked forward to a Atlantica hotel like the ones we've stayed before (Sun Garden Ayia Napa x2, Oasis, limassol and Agean Blue, Rhodes) This was so disappointing we believe only 30 rooms were in use during our stay we was all inclusive yet eaten out every night in protaras or Ayia Napa we left yesterday 19/04/26 and was offered a coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool area which came with cookies...

Entertainment was poor in all honesty we ventured out most nights. The big letdown for us as a family was the All Inclusive, we upgraded to this option which we do regret, food options was very limited same most days

There was no ice cream station all they had was choc ices. We have stayed at many hotels as a family in cyprus including Grecian, Cavo and we were really felt the food/drinks were a big let down for the hotel

We did find it hard to create a decent meal out of what was available. We spent further money eating out most lunch/evening times. Children’s options was 3 trays of either Rice, chips and 1 meat option

We cancelled our A la carte meal due to tasteless food but was told it's much nicer when you book (How?) I would dread to think what this hotel is like in peak season

There’s also little public beach front attached to the property so you can combine pool and/or sea if you want. Super family friendly place! Food is 10/10! Select the all inclusive option and enjoy the stay

Very clean and spacious room, amazing views, lovely garden. Professional and friendly staff. Convenient (there's a bus stop outside of the hotel that goes to Protaras/Cape Greco/Ayia Napa for EUR1

Very nice hotel with beautiful palm garden to relax. Sunbeds and umbrellas not too close each other. Beach downstairs. Peaceful hotel suitable to relax and enjoy te summer.

The only negative I can think of is the internet access, why can't they just make it free (even just for limited time each day)?

Very clean rooms, very good service. The location is ideal for families and for everyone. The atmosphere was exceptional, huge thanks to the entertainment team. The value was acceptable, like at a normal europian hotel

Beyond the breathtaking location, what truly made our stay special was the exceptional and professional staff, always attentive and welcoming. A true 7-star experience in the heart of Protaras!

For dining, stick to the normal buffet and you can’t go wrong here, the food really was excellent there

Fly with tui from Manchester all went well picked up and dropped off at hotel first impression ok a little work going on outside hotel but tui did inform us before we fly and asked if we wanted to change hotel but it was not bad and did not hear it at the pool ect reception was what you would expect from a 4 star hotel 2 lovely ladies very polite she did forget our wristbands but was soon rectified...

5 miles from fig tree bay and protaras shops and bars along the sea front you can walk it as there is a walk way all the way about 45 to 50 mins there is nothing else around this hotel 1 shop and 1 restaurant up the road Bus stops outside hotel bus 102 to go to Ayia Napa and bus 101 to get back every 15 mins 2 euros each cash only no cards ect The servers in the hotel and restaurant was excellent...

Location wise just a 10 minute stroll and your on the main strip with bars and restaurants like The Nautilus (highly recommend), Knights Bar and The Windmills. Also of course is the lovely walk along the coast

The room we were in (318) was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. There were lots of sunbeds and the pools were lovely. The restaurants and the food were outstanding

Food: Although you will find always the same food in the morning, for dinner there are always "themes" such as Mexican, Greek, etc. You won't go hungry, and if you have special requests like we did, speak with Christoph

To compensate us for the lack of communication we were offered (after he had rung the manager at his home) a free evening meal. The food was absolutely terrible

When I reiterated I would like to speak to someone in charge I was told there was no one!! Eventually when I pointed out someone must be ultimately responsible for the hotel a ‘general manager’ was wheeled out

The hotel is promoted as the Arkin Palm Beach hotel and Casino. There was no communication from the hotel that the casino was no longer available

When I asked to discuss this with a manager I was told the manager was at home and I was not important enough for him to speak to me

We love the beach area (apart from the so called music eminating from the beach restaurant at times), and there is never a problem finding loungers

When we got there, a lovely lady checked us in, we went to our room, very basic, stained duvet cover, broken shower which ran hot and cold , the smoke detector situated directly above the bed, flashed green all night long, states a no smoking policy but was given an ashtray and matches ?? And the hotel itself smelt like stale smoke

Great hotel. The rooms and hotel are very clean. The meals are hot, delicious, varied and renewed. Desserts taste excellent and varied and the drinks are different and delicious.. We recommend it

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located in the city - there are plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful

We have stayed here a couple of times now and everyone has always been really helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Would definitely recommend if you are in the Famagusta area
