our years ago, I stayed at Noah's Ark Hotel, and it was a completely different experience than now. Every time we travel somewhere, I do my research and read reviews. Even though the hotel didn't have such good reviews, I decided to give it a try because everyone has different tastes, and I really liked it last time. We arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m. after a 2.5-hour bus ride. The rooms weren't ready (until around 3–4 p.m.), but we were free to move around the hotel grounds. Food: terrible, everything was greasy, processed, cheap. The food always tasted the same. The selection never changed. Almost no meat. Dirty dishes (glasses, plates, cutlery). In the refrigerators, where they offered Coca-Cola, Sprite, and Fanta, something smelled bad, and sometimes the smelly liquid got on the cans. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were always the same, with only minor variations. Accommodation (Holiday Village): The worst we have ever experienced, literally gambling with our health. Mold everywhere (shower, air conditioning, walls), no one in the hotel ever cleaned anything. Musty bedding, towels, dirty glasses. The refrigerator did not cool at all. The mattresses were soft and worn out. There was a door with a screen on the terrace that someone had apparently forgotten to clean up. One night, I even had insects crawling on my bed. The power kept going out, which is not pleasant when you're in the shower and it's dark. The internet kept going down, with So people who wanted to work here did so in vain. Staff: Completely unprofessional, unhelpful. No one there speaks English. You complain about something and they agree with you, but then nothing happens. Several times they didn't change our towels, and at the reception they ignored us instead of taking action. Beach and sea: The only thing I can praise is the sea (which the hotel has no influence on), the beach is also nice, but terribly dirty, no one cleans it. Bars: Everything was warm, there were branded drinks, but the drinks were terribly sweet and quite similar. The ice was apparently made from local water, as we always had stomach problems from the drinks. Surroundings: There is nothing but wilderness within 25 kilometers, so you have to rent your own car (which is what we did) or you will be offered three overpriced optional excursions. Summary: We returned from our vacation angry, disgusted, with stomach problems, and completely unrested. This trip convinced us that we would never travel with Bluestyle or to Cyprus again. I documented the whole thing, wrote it down, and filed a complaint about the trip based on the health risks to me, my partner, and other guests. On the first day, we asked the front desk to change our room, which happened on the second day. The new room was smaller, still had mold (albeit in smaller concentrations), and the air conditioning only worked up to a certain temperature. Very disappointed. This hotel was once very good, sadly due to poor management , we can see a dramatic decline in standards. Negatives: Hygiene Issues: The food is exposed and covered with flies. Customer service: the senior management of this hotel treats guests, like they are above us. They forget that we are the guests, not the other way around. No smile, no welcoming behaviour, just arrogance. Dining Experience: The lunch service has been moved outdoors, and both the variety and quality of the food have suffered as a result. The selection is disappointingly poor. Inconvenient Check-in/Check-out Times: With an 11 AM check-out and a 3 PM check-in policy. Poor Service: During meal times, their is a lack of staff due to the hotel being overcrowded and operating beyond its capacity, hence staff being unable to meet the demands of the overcrowded environment. This issue reflects a serious management shortcoming. The ADA bar, located in the center of the swimming pool, now charges for drinks, while a nearby bar offers the same beverages for free. This makes no sense, the ADA bar used to be free. This unnecessary pricing decision has made the ADA bar virtually unused, no one goes there! Again pointing fingers to management. Final Thoughts: The management of this hotel is, unfortunately, its greatest weakness. With poor oversight and operational decisions, the experience has deteriorated to a point where it’s hard to recommend. Sadly we will not be returning, which is a shame given the hotel's past reputation.

This hotel should have sunk when built all staff are robots can not see you does not smile lives in a world of their own pretends they do not understand the dinning room serves pig food and you have to queue for this food only opens morning and evening during day you have the luxury of a transport cafe toewels in room are as and when the grounds are mazing but we are living the nightmare as we wright this report

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. In my opinion and based on my experience at this hotel, the root cause is poor and incompetent management. Drain in the shower did not work making from bathroom a little swimming pool. I reported it via Google translater (it is a must and best friend in this hotel) to the reception. Two guys came, removed some wet towel, gave us new and left so quickly that no questions were possible. Actually, they would not be able to communicate in English anyway. The next day in the morning the reception promised new room at 4 p.m. At the 4 p.m. the manager said that he will send somebody to check drain (check it, not repair, after more than 24 hours). I lost a temper a little. I believe that it is the only reason why we received the new room. The new room was of the same "quality" as the first one, but at least the drain worked. + beautiful beach with clean water - nobody at the reception including the management is able to communicate in English - rooms are terrible - moldy, with insect, pieces of dust or old crusty furniture at the balcony + aqupark BUT - opened 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon with multiple electricity outages, but of course, closing on time + bar at acqupark BUT - lack of juices and coffee and other flavours immediately after afternoon's opening with no refill for 6 days (until we had left) + restaurants/bars at the beach and the area of the hotel BUT - lack of several types of drinks and flavours for 6 days (not refilled until we had left) + several types of dishes, a lot of fruit and vegetables - all fishes burnt at least a little, oversalted and dry, including the salmon - juice automat out of order for 2 days in the MAIN restaurant
