4 star hotels in Famagusta

When booking the hotel the pictures were what drew us to stay here, think the pictures were from when they first opened because it was nice but a bit run down. When we got there, a lovely lady checked us in, we went to our room, very basic, stained duvet cover, broken shower which ran hot and cold , the smoke detector situated directly above the bed, flashed green all night long, states a no smoking...

Highly recommended hotel. One of the best places to visit and stay in the area. Very convenient location, almost heart of the city. Exceptionally clean, great food , lovely and cosy rooms, plenty of facilities, fast internet and much more… Hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. This hotel has met my expectations!! Will definitely come back for more stay !!! Good value for money!!...

Great hotel. The rooms and hotel are very clean. The meals are hot, delicious, varied and renewed. Desserts taste excellent and varied and the drinks are different and delicious.. We recommend it

We have stayed here a couple of times now and everyone has always been really helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Would definitely recommend if you are in the Famagusta area . Special mention to Necati who was really friendly and helpful .

This is an excellent hotel, and we were truly delighted with our stay here. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, the staff were warm and attentive, and the overall atmosphere made us feel genuinely welcomed. The location was also very convenient, allowing us to reach nearby attractions with ease. We would happily choose this hotel again for our future visits.

Hotel chosen by the group travel we were on - a good experience. Very clean, comfortable rooms with windows that can be opened (important for us), fine beds, all necessary equipment, also in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet is a bit meager (lots of olives), but no real criticism here as you can find what is necessary for a basic, decent morning meal. The dinner buffet is not truly convincing with a narrow...

Apartments with good facilities. Private pool, good for families with children. Excellent restaurant and grocery store in the area.

We like the place and we enjoyed. the staff were friendly, The delicious Resturant food. Excellent. We will come back again for sure.( fish soup., salad and sea bass fish) The rooms was nice, but not enough facilities inside ,bathroom and washing items. Nothing.

Nice self contained apartment with everything you need for a short stay, washing machine, iron, good modern smart tv, etc. Restaurant and facilities all nice but standout is the spa treatments. My husband booked for my birthday couples hammam and massage package. It was 90 euro per person for two hours. The spa therapist were Balinese and very professional. Best massage and hammam experience I have...

Restaurant nice lots of space, prices a little high but it depends how you look generally 10-15 euros for a pizza and a drink , for me ok . Although next door at the Resort I ate twice as much pizza and beer for less . Pool great , fit 140 cm a person feels safe in it . Comfortable sunbeds in general recommend !

Beautiful place, rooms were clean, celebrated my birthday there it was amazing, beach is close by and it’s so beautiful! We had an issue with WiFi they fixed it quickly, there’s a supermarket with almost everything there. Will definitely visit again

A great place to rest. Abundant of Russians available as residents. Everything single thing is provided in room from utensils to dishes even washing machine. Value for money place. A small indoor pool is also there with spa facilities.

Myself & my husband visited the Malama Beach for the 7th time at the very end of October for 9 days. We've never repeat visited anywhere else in the world this many times so that tells you how much we are comfortable & how much we enjoy it here. We like the fact that the hotel is in lots of separate 3 storey blocks with pretty gardens in between them, not 1 high block & above all we love the gorgeous...

We had a great stay again - this is our 8 or 9th stay here so safe to say we think it is a great place! Every member of staff is so helpful and friendly - it would be wrong to single out any as we think every one is great! We love coming here, it has become a second home. We love the rooms, the food is absolutely amazing and so much of it! The facilities are brilliant - pools both in & out, the...

This is a lovely, clean and bright hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially the cleaning staff, even the ones we didn't know always waved and said good morning. The hotel is next to the beach in a cove and has a step steps down to a small is beach but it's super clean. The hotel room is very clean, the dressing table chair could do with a clean. The shower was awesome. Thr bed was...

We had an amazing view of the beach, just a two-minute walk away. The place is beautiful, quiet, and really relaxing. There’s plenty to do: tennis court, lots of activities for the whole family. Special thanks to Vincent and Sara from the animation team! The kids loved it, and the evenings were really great. The rooms are spotless, all the staff are attentive and always helpful. The food is high...

Still a brilliant hotel service excellent we cannot fault it fantastic hotel in 1997 /2005 brilliant 2025 wonderful Cyprus don't want to go cannot it 10 star's

I fully recomend Malama Beach Holiday Village! This place is amazing! Beautiful, wonderful view on the sea, 2 swimming pools, the food is delicious and with a great choice, the quality service is just perfect, everyone is doing a great job to provide the best quality service with a smile and always with a nice word, helping making our holidays there even better! Thank you to everyone at Malama Beach...

Arrived as a family of 4. 8th April for 10 nights All inclusive. Hotel is modern and clean, pools are clean and staff are very friendly. Was not given much info on arrival apart from scan QR code. So we figured ourselves regarding mealtimes, etc. unfortunately the children would not use the pools/waterpark as they were freezing! Hotel would benefit from heated pools in early season. Rooftop restaurant...

Just came home after 1 week at Aqua Blue to some up gorgeous clean hotel. But miserable staff (not all) no entertainment what so ever and probably the most bland food I think I have came across. We looked forward to a Atlantica hotel like the ones we've stayed before (Sun Garden Ayia Napa x2, Oasis, limassol and Agean Blue, Rhodes) This was so disappointing we believe only 30 rooms were in use during...

Fantastic location, lovely beaches and coastal walks from the doorstep, with excellent bus service directly outside the hotel. The hotel was luxurious, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds. Special mention to the wonderful staff, the reception staff who were so helpful and the catering team and cleaners who worked so hard to give us a brilliant holiday.

Lovely stay, very clean, good food and perfect location with frequent reliable buses. Some beautiful beaches nearby, most had toilets and showers.

Location A significant advantage of this hotel is its location on the outskirts of Protaras. This offers distinct benefits for those seeking respite from the city noise: it is quiet and peaceful. Grocery shops are located nearby, as is a diving centre. Mimosa Beach is situated just 200 metres from the hotel. It is a very intimate spot. In mid-October, it was uncrowded, the water was warm, and the descent...

I rested at this hotel with my wife. Very beautiful and clean room. Nice hotel and friendly staff. Wide range of food, which will suit both adults and children. There are vegan dishes. Also a wide range of meat products. In general, I liked everything, I recommend it. I convey my greetings to the bartender from the lobby bar)

The staff was very warm and kind to us. The sea view was amazing, as well as the heated pool and the sports activities. The breakfast was rich and tasty. We will definitely want to return.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Very clean, good pool and inyard surroundings, beautiful view to the bay. Great food and drinks. All inclusive is definitely worth it. Would recommend the hotel anytime! If you are going for a spa service, ask for Simona.

Our stay at this beach hotel was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality that made us feel completely at home. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking sea views, a peaceful atmosphere, and beautifully maintained facilities. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the spectacular sunsets from the beach was...

We had an amazing time in crystal springs, all the staff was very friendly and food was delicious! I would like to mention special thanks to spa manager Inga for being so kind and attentive to us! We did a signature cretan massage and look younger facial treatment and we were very grateful for results. Ask for therapist Simona! She is the best!

in my opinion, coming for the 2nd time to this location, I was struck by how dedicated Utsav is and how he feels the person before wanting something and proposes solutions adapting to the taste of each country. A rare man in tourism because he manages to maximize this special hotel. I recommend that they do everything possible to keep people like him and to put him in a position to teach others. We...

The service are very good! Especially the one provided by Utsav, the best waiter 🙂. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is everywhere to help. The resort is clean, cosy and confortable.

Hi thus property is not in levanda hills but levanda homes a nearby development

Hi thus property is not in levanda hills but levanda homes a nearby development

Nice post, pool pump light services off dark in night

I wanted to just leave a review on how fantastic the kid’s club/entertainment coordinator is. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name but she was from Hungary and my daughter LOVED her! My daughter has been at her nursery for 2.5 years and still clings to me going in but would happily run in to her “teacher”. She really enjoyed the crafts they did together and still wears her ankle bracelet every day...

We have just returning home following celebrating our wedding on 2nd may in the golden coast hotel with 75 guests. We booked our wedding a year ago directly with the hotel through their wonderful wedding co-ordinator Felicity. Felicity is a wonderful asset to this hotel, her kindness and professionalism was outstanding. Felicity was always at the other end of the email or phone with nothing being...

Will cherish the memories forever at the Golden Coast hotel. I had my wedding here and booked a weeks stay. Never visited before so was going off reviews and pics! Majority of my wedding crew stayed here and we all had the best time around 37 of us. Definitely would say it’s more of a wedding hotel. We saw 3 other weddings during our stay. Modern clean, great cocktails, beautiful views and beach. I...

My therapist Irena was very welcoming and calm, an amazing massage and brilliant techniques. Highly recommend, all staff are very professional and welcoming. Definitely be back again

I am here now and have been woken up at 0730 once again by the unbearable noise generating from the building work at the marina directly next to the hotel. There are major woks going on including pile driving which is very loud and subsequent noise from the many heavy plant vehicles. The pre travel notifications from jet2, stating this work would not affect our holidays are nonsense.

We had a wonderful 5 nights away for a friends wedding. The spa experience is well worth it - I had a full body massage with Irena left feeling like a new lady! Amazing.

We spent three wonderful days at Kaya Artemis, Bafra, and honestly, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what impressed us most was the service and the food. The chefs here work some kind of magic! We really didn’t expect such a high level of fish and seafood preparation at a large Turkish resort. Dinner at the seafood restaurant on the pier was fantastic — especially...

Very nice hotel, beautiful beach, nice swimming pool, good food though the restaurant is too busy. We had some electricity issues but were fixed quickly. There should be more spaces for kids to play or families to sit together with a space for kids to play.

Maximum lower 4 star hotel. We arrived early morning at 2:00am we get after 30minutes our family room in block 5. After we getting our two childrens to sleep, we turn on clima on the upper floor the waterfall from roof start dripping on the floor. This must be known from the hotel for months because all the floor was destroyed from the water. We had to pack everything and move at 4:00am to new room...

Both the hotel and the service were of a high standard; the rooms were cleaned daily and the minibar was fulfill everyday. We have stayed at this hotel several times, but the service was at its best this year. A special thank you goes to the waiter, Mustafa, who was always ready to help and offer advice. His English is excellent, and he is pleasant and highly professional. Thanks to him, our holiday...

We chose this hotel based on recommendations. The price was quite high, so you expect some standard from a hotel that has 5 stars. The reality is the opposite. After one day of staying here, you will see how things work. The rooms are clean and tidy, but they have a problem with towels. Not a single day do they manage the correct number of replacements. To be not just negative. The beach is clean, the...

I really like the service here, block 1 had such a nice staff here, they all where really nice and try to speak English, one of them was really good and we had such a nice chat in English, the food here is amazing too of course, i would really enjoy to go here again and experience it here ones again

Barman and see and all are very perfect. Sou si crasy and good barman. Inan is vefy good. Poll is very good. Sea and eati g is very good.

The best time I had at this hotel was at the Sunsun Beach Bar by the seaside it was really enjoyable. Mr. İnan is a great guy with a pleasant personality and wonderful conversation. Besides that, everything about the hotel was perfect. It’s a very nice hotel that’s ideal for a family vacation

Hotel's rezort is very beautiful, great service, very delicious food of never ended dishes, the best pool ever, very nice beach...The best is tropical garden around the hotel with very proffesional service everywhere... we are spending there one week and all is the best... Nice great rooms, food is very tasteful, delicious and reach varietties....

Definetly a must for me,noahs arc is the key for my holiday, the sea, aqua park also the restaurant is stunning.Animation crew is also knew what they were doing straight up professionals.Everybody must came to this hotel once in their life.

The hotel is excellent, so much nice animators, i left my kids in miniclub so smily girls there And so much positive energy!!! Love this hotel, everything is clean. The hotels garden is the best, so much palms And flowers i felt in love, But no towels in rooms!!! Only bad thing.

45 euros for a day pass that lasts up until 6pm is a great deal. The gentleman at the desk wasn't totally clear about what we were and weren't aloud to do with the day pass, i believe aren't aloud alcohol but had full access to the buffet and pool which was what we wanted. I won't rate the rooms as I'm on day pass. I feel like the staff weren't giving us 100% because we are day pass, with a bright...

We stayed as a family and had a fantastic experience overall. Hospitality was excellent, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and the standards met exactly what you expect from a large international hotel chain. The food selection was very broad and well managed, including clearly available gluten-free options, which was much appreciated. We stayed during and after the New Year period, and the atmosphere...

Every thing perfeckt thanx tuna and all staff i love here again i will come and food is veryy deliusciuz altiviye very very enjoy

We as a family have had a fabulous experience at the hotel, we come here every year and we are never disappointed. The hotel is super clean and the staff are friendly and always very helpful. Thank you for never disappointing us.

stayed at Lima Cyprus in December. Since it was the winter season, we were a bit hesitant at first, but we are truly glad that we chose this hotel. From the very first moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere even during the winter period. Throughout our stay, the service quality was excellent. All staff...

Excellent holiday destination! Limak Cyprus offers a comfortable stay with its superior service quality and clean rooms that are always sparkling. One of the most striking features of the property is its magnificent golden sand beach, promising a delightful seaside holiday and friendship staffs. I definitely recommend it. Thank tuna

The Limak Cyprus Deluxe Hotel is a great place for families and travelers. The staff is very friendly and helpful. From the moment you arrive, they greet you with smiles and do everything to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Whether you stay in a simple room or a suite, you can be sure that everything will be in order. The beach is perfect for children. The sandy...

It wasn’t our first stay at the Salamis Hotel, and it certainly won’t be our last. There are many reasons why we keep returning: the food is excellent, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the drinks are of very good quality. But beyond all of that, there are other important reasons why we choose the Salamis again and again. Starting from the moment we arrive, the reception team sets the tone for...

This hotel excels in every aspekt. The location is wonderful on a beautiful beach with acsess from the Spa to the sea.the Spa offer all amenities including a Hamster, steak room and Sauna, gym and indoor Pool. The food and drinks are first class, entertainment also. You couldn't find a better hotel anywhere .the housekeeping is fantastic ,a lady called Saodet keep everything to the highest Standard,even...

Cough cough* I don't know where to begin First of all, we wanted you to know how happy we are to have joined the Salamis family. I say family because we felt that warmth like a family. It was our first family vacation for my 1-year-old son's birthday. I hope this beautiful vacation becomes a ritual that we do every year on the same date. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, but for the first time we...

Room we spacious and very clean good size bathroom with large walk-in shower again was very clean almost spotless. Food & Drinks were excellent with plenty of choice. Very enjoyable stay and will definitely book this hotel again.

I stayed at this hotel with my family during the summer. The hotel itself is quite old but has a rich history and a good location. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the restaurant left a very negative impression — and that’s a big deal, because the restaurant is one of the most important parts of a hotel, as guests eat there constantly. • Many chairs are either broken or filthy. • Cutlery is...

I liked everything. Of course, the hotel is not new, but for every minus (and there are not many) there are many pluses. The territory is thought out, so that, despite the large number of guests, no one bothers each other. All the rooms in the main building have a sea view, but half of them also overlook the utility block, we lived in one of these on the 3rd floor. It was noisy from the pipes that...

We had a terrible stay. The hotel is promoted as the Arkin Palm Beach hotel and Casino. The casino is closed. There was no communication from the hotel that the casino was no longer available. When I asked to discuss this with a manager I was told the manager was at home and I was not important enough for him to speak to me. When I reiterated I would like to speak to someone in charge I was told there...

Once again my wife and I enjoyed a relaxing break at the Palm Beach. We stayed in a junior suite on a b&b basis. As usual breakfast was a delight, and the hot offerings all very enticing. As returning guests, we have made an effort to learn enough turkish to say good morning, good evening, thank you and the bill please, and the effort really pays off. We love the beach area (apart from the so called...

We have stayed here many times but this will probably be our last. The service was poor, we felt that they couldn’t be bothered to serve foreign guests. The room was small and had a lingering smell of smoke. Drinks were expensive. On one day they hosted a political dinner accompanied by very loud rock music - not conducive to a relaxing break.

The best beach and sea in the cyprus..like a aquarium, pure clean water like a pool..l do visit this hotel for 10 years left always happy, distances small not like other places like a football stadium walking and walking within the hotel..room, lobby beach. recommend highlt and love this place

The view overlooking the beach is amazing, but the rest of the hotel is mediocre 😒

Nice hotel, great location, and friendly staff.

Fantastic stay at this hotel. Service was exceptional, food quality and selection was brilliant. We loved the grounds and the beach area. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to vacation in this area.

This hotels is very clean. Every stuff is very friendly we living in this hotel all family we love so much Concord service. Thank you for your service. Food is very delicious. We will always choose this hotel. Thank you Concorde .

I was here 4 years ago. The room i had , had a view to the sea and it was wonderful. Spacious room with a balcony and view to the sea 💞. I also enjoyed the gym which was spacious and had a lot of equipment. I am planning on returning here!

My family and I have returned very happy.. we truly enjoyed our stay! It was a wonderful holiday, and we were impressed by the size of the hotel, its great facilities, the kids club, the slides, and even the casino at night. The food was delicious as well. There is only one small note: the service around the poolside seats could be improved. It would be better to have more staff available to take...

We’ve just returned from a week-long stay at this hotel and we are absolutely delighted. It exceeded all our expectations! The service was fantastic – always friendly and professional. A special thank you to the manager, Denis, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He truly made a difference during our stay. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, full of greenery, and everything was spotlessly...

Great hotel! It's our second time coming back to this hotel. It offers variety of amenities, due to COVID-19 it was not crowded so we had the pleasure of enjoying all amenities without waiting in line or disruption. The hotel management is awesome, they made sure our vacation was going well. Great food. Clean rooms and common areas. The beach is sand and water is great! Only negative side is there...
