the first room they gave us was awful it was at the back of the hotel in a bungalow and the balcony was full of bird muck and overlooked a empty swimming pool with stagnant water in it, the breakfast was extremely poor supposed to be a buffet but this was not, a plate of salad cold processed meat and dried up cheese and we were offered an omelette that was the choice no orange juice, no toast and had to make our coffee from a kettle they brought in. the second day after complaining we got a bowl of undercooked chips and a boiled egg!! very disappointing to say the least oh and to top it off was woken at 4.30am but a very noisy cockerel.

Just a few small changes and this place would easily be 4 stars. I was surprised to find you have to pay for tea and coffee in your room, every hotel I've ever stayed in, in all my travels this has been complimentary. No comlimentry water either and they charge you 5 times the price as the local supermarket next door! No fresh coffee at breakfast which for a country who do excellent coffee I was most disappointed! The rooms over looking the road and VERY noisy and with a young family the noise did have an effect on our sleep! I know this sounds very negative but there are good points...staff were friendly and helpful, food was good, not a huge a mount but the quality of what was there was good. Dinner doesnt start until 7 so those with young families it might be a but late. Rooms are no frills but clean. Only shampoo and soap provided. The pool area is very lovely and the pool is open all night so perfect for a late night dip!

Very dissatisfied with this place. LIFT NOT WORKING. Room was nice but no rubbish bin. Private beach is shared with other hotels packed solid.
You have to cross a busy road to get to beach
Very noisy in room with traffic and Keroke bar. No pavements made walking difficult. Would not stay at this hotel again. look elsewhere.

The hotel is very good, clean and quiet. The staff also are good and friendly, especially the lady in the reception was so kind and generous.
