Oleg, as I understand, has been working here for a short time, but tried to explain everything. Also thanks to the reception, namely Doan, or Dogan, I still didn't understand. In general, I liked everything

I also wanted to thank Kamila, she helped my wife explain everything in Russian. Also there were friendly Bellboys, namely Zen and Oleg

I recently stayed at Grand Pasha kyrenia hotel and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making me feel right at home

I liked this Otel so nice and beautiful!!so clean nice lady for housekeeping!!Food so nice and Turkish kebab!lady’s Jamila so friendly

I've been to this place so many times but this it was way beyond my expectations and the hospitality level was awesome especially Miss kamala was very nice to me and which gives me a more intertest to always choose your hotel I would like to suggest everyone

The waiting staff in the restaurant were the most attentive I've ever witnessed and so pleasant. There was always free sun loungers at the pool area which was great

Perfect from Turkey and from the airport and from the south side of the Island Excellent massive variety of food Also 3 other restaurants on site Slightly tired but all in all perfect Spotlessly clean Nothing was too much for the staff very accommodating

Go to roof top bar & have a cocktail or 2, take in the views & enjoy the splendour of a sunset, is breathtaking. Then go to ground floor & have a slap up meal for a very very reasonable price

Seperate cooffee lounge that is lovely & good coffee too. Loved it here, when we come back over, will be frequently visited, book in advance

Amazing hotel with very clean rooms and so many amenities. The staff were great from reception Duygu was so helpful and friendly

My only suggestion is the pillows on the bed could be smaller and softer

Nice place, good staff and food. Free shuttle to beach and Kyrenia (unfortunely last shuttle from Kyrenia is coming back in 8:45 PM, I´d prefer later time)

My only complaint is paid water in minibar and during dinner, I think that this could be provided for free, especially in this level of accomodation

Hasa vast golf course and wedding venue. The service is good and high class. The location is only 30 minutes from Girne ( Kirinia)

It has amazing natural environmet. Great place for golf sport activities and wedding ceremonies. Beautiful landscape, good service, nice music and delicius food.

We where disappointed that the shuttle bus into Kyrenia was not running anymore, if you want to visit your have to take a taxi at £15 each way, or a local bus, with a long walk down to the main road, a long uphill walk back, not good for older guests

Amazing resort! The view is incredible, mountains and sea view combined. The resort also has it's own beach location with a beach bar. The rooms are clean and accomodating. Good for tourists and buissiness

Spent the day at the resort to enjoy it’s amenities. Breathtaking views of the sea. Two pools, a beach area, and a large deck with sunbathing chairs that leads to a sea swimming area

Lunch, drinks, pool, and view are amazing

Only used the bar and listened to a lady sing live with a guitarist backing her. Amazing. Great service but you get what you pay for. Not cheap but an excellent evening. Highly recommend it

Been here before 5⭐️beautiful hotel. Staff aren’t the sharpest but are very polite. Good value considering the venue. On our “we will be back list”

Garden and swimming pool is beautiful and clean. The staff is kind, one of the waiters, Yusuf was really nice with us

Everything was nice in this hotel. The staff was very helpful, Camilla at reception helped with our query, the guy at breakfast refilled the hot chocolate immediately

We have spent there 5 night instead of 6 (we had some problems because of the pandemic-situation) and they changed the booking for us, this was a nice start. The rooms are correct, the doors are a little bit hard to open

And the room was also a good size with a comfortable bed and warm floor in the bathroom :) Also there were so many options at breakfast, both sweet and savory

Need to sort bathroom no plug for sink shower floors on floor door wont close as to big. Bedroom and rooms kept clean by the lovely ladies. Need a plug socket by mirror to use straighteners

Breakfast same stuff every day need more choice fruit. I think if we went in height of season this would have been much better we went end November. Very happy barman and lovely staff

Every single detail was amazing, the beach, the buffet, the pool... even the cats that are around. The staff was so kind they were willing to help us with everything. I wish I could come back again soon! Thank you.

Room with 2 double bed was so small that there was no room for 2 suitcases. White towels, Slippers, set of cosmetics and other stuff. free Wi-Fi, catches throughout the territory and in the rooms too

The hotel grounds are spacious and offer a wide range of activities. The beach is beautiful and well-maintained, with no rocky areas. The restaurant and food are delicious

So fun! Great watersides, food and service. Clean, well managed. Definitely a great spot for kids and adults alike. The beach is also very nice as well.

Clean, good. Nice houses, very pleasant atmosphere, the sea is nearby. Beautiful sea. True, meals are on schedule, but this does not spoil the picture, but on the contrary will help to live on schedule.

Freshly cooked chicken, lamb steaks, chicken wings, Adana kebabs, doner etc for dinner plus pides, soups and more traditional foods as well such as stews, dolma, bulgar, rice etc. Staff very helpful and welcoming

They have clean rooms and beach is great but animations could be funnier. There’s nothing to do after 10pm.

My 3rd stay in the Arkin Colony As perfect as ever Cleanliness and food excellent The staff all helpful always polite I would like to name 3 people who went above and beyond when my husband fell ill Octay Decibas serving my husband food in our room when he couldn’t get to the restaurant and also Aybuke and Mevlude the receptionists who helped calling an ambulance and providing a car to bring us back...

The room was very clean, spacious, and, with a large supportive bed. The cleaning staff were very much on top of there game with fresh towels and replacement toiletries

The cake was not only gorgeous but absolutely delicious it was rich, moist, and perfectly flavoured. The champagne was a lovely touch as was the hand drawn card, elevating the celebration to something very special

Without any prior request, they surprised me with a decorated birthday cake and a chilled bottle of champagne delivered to our room whilst we were out and on or return was a lovely surprise

One of the nicest hotels ans casinos on Cyprus !

I was in casino. Very good place to play, many machines. A fresh air and welcoming waiters. Also they serve lunch and dinner if you’re hungry while playing.

The scale of this hotel was not very large before, but now the business is getting better and better, but some regulations are not good for guests and need to be corrected in time, but overall it is also a good hotel.

Best hookah running 24/7 (only place in island), best alacarte dont forget to taste chicken wings there😜. nice casino with all your needs from little to high limits

Good location. Staff barely speak English. Ok food. Broad variety of places to play.

The gardens are beautifully maintained and a wide range of evening meals are prepared by a very competent Chef. All in all a great place to stay. Sorry forgot to mention the stunning swimming pool

First of all, the staff was superb and nice. The hotelrooms looks good, they offer good meals and have a nice swimming pool to get you through the scorching hot midsummer Cyprus afternoons

Me and my wife came here for a short trip, Wow what a lovely welcoming place with Fantastic Location,Rooms,service and Food. The Owners Run it and they are very Hospitable and professional to all of Their guests

Also, it is one of few hotels where I've been where they actually bring you your breakfast to the table and a tasty one it was (+ good coffee)

Beautiful rooms, just missing some draw space. Lovely and clean and great views from balcony. Owner Meryem is so friendly and helpful

The breakfast is absolutely fantastic usually served by a pleasant waiter who will advise on what is available and that is plentiful

When I stayed in the hotel was under renovation, but in general it was great to relax. The pool was dirty. But the room was fine. I believe that by the end of the renovation everything will be great again.

The facility had some minor issues that need to be addressed (broken lockers, shower door didn't close, standing water in the steam room, etc), and one of the saunas was closed

The Vuni Palace Hotel is, for my travel and holiday needs simply Excellent! :-) My room was nicely sized, clean and tidy, with a lovely North Cyprus balcony mountains view

If WiFi connection is important to you then this hotel is not a good option. And it is not 5 star hotel for sure. Maybe it was many years ago when they built it

Very friendly warm hearted staff. The rooms are charming with air condition. The homemade food was varied and tasty. For breakfast there was lots of fresh bread, and English style tea. A little but plain but satisfactory

I did actually, was a bit fresh but doable! 🏊‍♀️ the hotel in general is clean and neat (it used to be a castle as the staff informed)! It’s surrounded by shops & restaurants and it’s just by the sea with fish taverns around

A lovely hotel, good view for rooms exactly above the sea waves 🌊! Tiny balcony but enough to drink a good greek coffee and enjoy the view! A complete tasty complete breakfast full if fresh, salty & sweet yummy food

Perfect location right in the middle of town with lovely sea and mountain views. Two minutes level walk from the picturesque harbour.

The hotel rooms look exactly like in the photos. The staff is very friendly and gave us good tips anytime we had a question. The food was also great and you have a lot to choose from. All in all a great cozy hotel!
