We are coming to Merit Crystal every year as a family of four, and it always ends great. Some of the rooms are a little old and could use a refurbishment, but that’s really the only downside

The only bad thing is that the workers at the kids zone are not the best and while they do have nanny service for babies it is priced at $30/hour, which is a little high, but nothing is perfect in this world

The bar snack menu is small but everything is the best of the best with high quality ingredients. I reccomend the pepperoni pizza and the cheese platter very nice and filling! Orange juice is the best also.

The one of the best hotels I had

I would say, with a keen eye for detail, some minor work needs doing, rusty railings, a fresh coat of paint, speedier room service, broken chandeliers, usb ports would have been nice, dead trees removed, Apple Pay option, All this would bring the hotel to an exceptional standard, but didn’t necessarily detract from our stay

The pools were cold, the children didn’t like to go in which was a shame as they usually won’t get out of the pool, but perhaps we’d be thankful for the cold when the higher temperatures hit

We didn't have the kind of hospitality we had hoped for. They even admitted that they hadn't changed their minds about what they believed to be right for years.

All the sun beds near the sea had been save by the pool man for some guests!!! Towels on them and no one was allowed to sit on them. There were loads free as well. The breeze was best the nearer the sea

The service was mediocre and didn't match the price. It was an all-inclusive hotel, but the food selection was limited, especially since the bars offered almost no "free extra charge" items

At the beginning we were a bit skeptical because of the size and because all inclusive was only bookable. But that was done on arrival. Very warm welcome at check-in, very simple. The room was very clean, large, quiet

Room service was extremely slow; I had to call repeatedly to follow up. There were many swimming pools, and the water was clean

As a golf resort and for golf as the primary purpose for the visit, Korineum Golf & Beach Resort is excellent. Golf course is located on the coast line and have fantastic views over the sea and mountains

We stayed for 4 days, it was really good, they helped us to check in early, the hotel is very clean, there are 3 different buildings, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is very large, there are 2 pools in the hotel, the staff is very polite and friendly, it is 15 minutes walking to the center of Kyrenia

Nice facilities with excellent pools, water park and beach. We stayed in a bungalow which was infested with mosquitoes and smelt of sewerage. Dining was acceptable however seemed to be catering for 1000 people at a time

He is the most attentive person we have met and his service is elite. They all will take really good care of you and your wellbeing. It is our 3rd year in a row and the quality keeps being perfect

It feels like the hotel is still under construction. There are beautiful rooms, but there's always something happening, something being built, something being expanded. The coastline is being fortified

We stayed 4 night for honeymoon. This otel is very good and all personals are wonderful. Thank you very much for your hospitality. Landscape is impressive. Also location is central and everywhere is near.

Good customer service around pool and I forgot my charger but customer relations charged my phone for me and even fixed my broken flip flop! Finished my stay with a superb hamman and massage

Rooms were clean however we were given the smallest room despite we have 2 little babies. Overnight stay is 4000 tl including breakfast and dinner. It seems like a very good value however they dont even give you a water

Do not expect a lay on in the mornings a cleaning staff knock on room door a 08. Evening meal was boring luke warm at best and catered for mostly Turkish guests a complete lack of European food

Additionally, there is only 1 pool which is not big enough and it becomes very dirty towards afternoon. Lastly, food is fairly good but they dont replace the finished items in the buffet

Modern recently built hotel with lavish lobby ,rooms were good size ,good air con, good wifi, good size bed and wardrobe space

Peaceful grounds, birds signing. Restaurant is located on the first floor with great views of the mountains and sea. Would definitely come back and highly Recommend. If your looking for a relaxing and chilled holiday

Arrived early hours of the morning around 2am, after travelling all day, taxi dropped us at the closed part of the hotel, it then took us another hour to actually find reception, so automatically it was a bad start, got to reception and was greeted by a lovely guy who got us checked in prompt and helped us to our room

The Cypriot breakfast was absolutely FABULOUS! Every morning we were given amazing organic fruit and vegetables/salad grown from the garden on the hotel grounds. The produce just could not have been better

A calm and peaceful place to relax and enjoy the unique flowers on the way to the resort ad of course the resort itself which is wonderful to sit and meditate or to swim

We also thoroughly enjoyed the homemade bread and cakes and flat bread every morning and of course, some strong Turkish coffee! The hotel is situated in a perfect location, we didn't even end up hiring a car as we just used the Dolmous on the main road to get to Kyrenia and other places

It was our first time in Northern Cyprus and we stayed at the Topset hotel which has just been re-opened after two years of being closed due to the Pandemic

Reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant about the hotel and that soon evaporated on the first day , breakfast was amazing, dinner was amazing, beach was good enough for being lazy , pool was clean , all staff were friendly, all cats were hungry, the only downside I could think of that should be underlined more is the beach , entering the water in some areas is very dangerous as it's not sandy but...

Dining alfresco overlooking the bay in the evening was special. Staff were very helpful & polite. Beach is sandy, and has lovely bay with an outside restaurant, food very good. Pool is very big with plenty of sun beds

If you want to relax and enjoy the sun this beach is a great spot. We checked also the food on the restaurant that you can eat but we decided not to eat it. It was in our opinion too expensive and didn’t look so good

We visited for the day, as local beaches are litter-strewn in northern Cyprus it seems, but hotel-managed ones aren't. This is a lovely beach and facilities, great food, clean sea, and very lovely staff at the site.

Deniz Kizi and Golden Bay are adjacent to each other in an area called Karavas/Alsancak, North Cyprus. The sea is shallow and perfect for swimming. D Kizi has a lovely pool and the beach is shared with Golden Bay

Zubeyir is very nice, he is very professional at his job and friendly with guests at the same time. We had a very good time during our holiday, and recommend this hotel in Girne

4 day stay on half board, it was very quiet due to time of year but good breakfast choice(Turkish) selection and able to choose off the menu evening all the food was very good evenings and there was a good selection, priced in euros which if we weren't half board made it dearer than most places around over here and I'd have gone out to eat if it wasn't included, drinks also expensive compared to local...

Well situated for visiting Kyrenia and exploring northern Cyprus. Very few tourists around and if you enjoy exploring rather than sitting about it's a good time of year to go

Near Kyrenia Harbour We stayed here this October and the weather was just perfect The Ship Inn is in a great spot, only about 10–15 minutes from Kyrenia Harbour, which is really beautiful and historic

It’s a lively area, but the hotel itself is calm and relaxing, with olive trees, lovely gardens, and great mountain views. Our room was clean, well equipped, and comfy enough

The staff were really friendly and helpful, which made everything easier. All in all, really convenient and peaceful. we’ll definitely be coming back next year!
