I'm from Thailand. It's so nice to stay here. Room was big and clean. Food's amazing. The best thing's lovely and friendly staff. I would love to come back here during summer time.

Service is immaculate, staff spoke good English. Good selection of food. Facilities are great, indoor pool is massive and heated at good temperature. Happy with overall stay. Highly recommend!

Kids club was very good. We loved. Alexis all staff very caring and friendly. All activity amazing. Espically face painting every day. Botanica, sinema' trambolin, origami they were very creative. I stayed at this hotel for a family vacation and it was a very nice experience. We really enjoyed our stay — the food was great, and there were many attractions for children. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room, which could have been better. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

The hotel is next to the Casino Opera. The soundproofing is excellent, so the room is very quiet. The rooms are clean with a comfortable furniture layout, perfect for two people to stay without getting in each other's way. The pool is deep and wide, great for swimming, and there's a kids' section too.

Pretty decent hotel, with newly renovated building. Would come back here for next time.

Very good place for a short stay or for a weekend getaway. You do need a car,the place is on a hill, so without a car it will be a good exercise. We didn't try dinner, but breakfast was ok.

Everything's fine... He's a little tired, towards the end of the season. It's hard to imagine going to the sea in the heat.

It's very far from the center of Girne.

Everything was great, the pool, the restaurant, the only problem was that it was a bit far from the center.

Special thanks to Fatma Hanım for giving us a perfect room. A King of Price and Performance Hotel within walking distance of Merits (2 km)

A successful hotel with its cleanliness, location and services. I plan to go again.

We were very pleased. Especially the rooms are very clean, we would like to thank Ms. Mehtap for her interest. We are thinking of staying again. I recommend it to everyone. The food of the hotel was very good and the employees were very caring.

The hotel has great location and view from rooms AWESOME! Wonderful view of Mediterranean Sea. Room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Yet, room was a bit d but the hotel itself is a bit old. Breakfast was decent but very tasty. Hotel staff were very helpful. Hotel was ok in term of price performance. In the main restaurant the guy named Taylan and lady Kristina are doing an amazing job. Also Arzu in the pool side lobby is an unbelievably good. Thanks for hiring such great staff memebers. I’ll be definitely back !!!

This is one of the most beautiful Hotels to exist. The beach is always clean and the staff is more than friendly. If you are here and Umutcan is working you will be very happy. He is the most attentive person we have met and his service is elite. They all will take really good care of you and your wellbeing. It is our 3rd year in a row and the quality keeps being perfect.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, with wonderful friendly welcoming staff. Great rooms with fantastic views. Very nice facilities. Fantastic breakfast options.

We stayed in Olivia palm last week and we had a great experience. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

It’s a cheap hotel, so don’t expect the Ritz. The room was clean, the air con was cold. The bathroom was lovely, great water pressure. The staff members were nice - the receptionist falsely told me a taxi he organised would take card…which meant driving around Kyrenia in the middle of the night for an ATM to pay the driver. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the town, and even shorter walk to some nice...

Staff are great , and very helpful and friendly, myself , wife and 2 girls have enjoyed it, its in a great location to explore by foot, with buses and taxis within 5 min walk, the same goes for the harbour and town centre, its got shops nearby and everything you need ,a clean base to explore from..This is not a resort type hotel , but has a pool , and is a great place to explore from ,and breakfast...

Had a wonderful stay at Olivia Palm hotel. In my option it really should be rated a 4 star for it achievements in all round services. You’re greeted by Duyagor and Husain on reception who do there very best to assist your every need. We have had an amazing time staying at this lovely hotel with my husband and my friends. Super close to the Girne Harbour (walking distance). The owner and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very cute and the rooms are lovely. I love the balconies and the rooftop pool! Totally recommended!

Absolutely stunning location, the beach, the pool, the restaurant, but the most incredible thing was the dining on Sunday, where they cooked the lamb in the ground the old way and served in front of everyone. One of the experience must have. Highly recommend 👌

We visited for the day, as local beaches are litter-strewn in northern Cyprus it seems, but hotel-managed ones aren't. This is a lovely beach and facilities, great food, clean sea, and very lovely staff at the site.

Reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant about the hotel and that soon evaporated on the first day , breakfast was amazing, dinner was amazing, beach was good enough for being lazy , pool was clean , all staff were friendly, all cats were hungry, the only downside I could think of that should be underlined more is the beach , entering the water in some areas is very dangerous as it's not sandy but...

This hotel is a beautiful and charming place for a peaceful holiday. We enjoyed our time, the amazing staff, and the gorgeous views. We will definitely be back many times to come and recommend to others.

Cheap but really nice. Everything in one place. One is the best beach in TRNC.

The beach is cool, clean and was also not to crowded. You pay for each person 25 Turkish Lira in order to have your private space on the beach, which Is a very fair price. If you want to relax and enjoy the sun this beach is a great spot. We checked also the food on the restaurant that you can eat but we decided not to eat it. It was in our opinion too expensive and didn’t look so good.

There is a buffet breakfast, which was very nice and offered a reasonable variety of options. The mattress pad was old and covered with pilling, which made for a rough sleeping experience. One of the few places where the pictures posted by the hotel are identical to what you find once there. Oh what an interesting place, indeed! This hotel was excellent! lots of beautiful stone work and some very quirky decor! The staff were wonderful and very helpful, breakfast was great and all very relaxed.
