Could do with being refurbished Moved from the big upstairs dining room to the smaller one downstairs but you lost fruit juice, fresh fruit and toaster. Our shower leaked l did report it as it is dangerous 3 weeks later still nothing done. Face cloths are like hens teeth l had to keep asking for clean ones. Staff were friendly.

Everything was nice in this hotel. The staff was very helpful, Camilla at reception helped with our query, the guy at breakfast refilled the hot chocolate immediately. And the room was also a good size with a comfortable bed and warm floor in the bathroom :) Also there were so many options at breakfast, both sweet and savory.

Need to sort bathroom no plug for sink shower floors on floor door wont close as to big . Bedroom and rooms kept clean by the lovely ladies . Need a plug socket by mirror to use straighteners. Breakfast same stuff every day need more choice fruit . Dinner not very bland . I think if we went in height of season this would have been much better we went end November. Very happy barman and lovely staff...

The Olive Tree Hotel is the best place for enjoy Holidays. Really Nice food, Humble staff Outstanding Facilities with reasonable price. Definitely Recommended

We have spent there 5 night instead of 6 (we had some problems because of the pandemic-situation) and they changed the booking for us, this was a nice start. The rooms are correct, the doors are a little bit hard to open. Garden and swimming pool is beautiful and clean. The staff is kind, one of the waiters, Yusuf was really nice with us. There are a lot of cats in the garden :) We can highly recommend...

A bit old and rattle. Can definitely have a bit of renovation. Most uncomfortable pillows I had ever slept on and not the best cuisine, but the stuff was brilliant. Very friendly, very polite, very helpful. 5 stars for the stuff.

We arrived early and after a bit of confusion, checked in and got into the car park. 1st impressions count. The entry is well placed but we couldn’t get into the car park. 1 lift didn’t work and the other was small and cramped, more than 2 people in was enough. The check in was swift. Excellent hotel but in front of main road.

Had a good night’s sleep there despite all the shortcomings such as terrible to no wi-fi and mediocre hygiene! The bed sheets were nice and clean but the toilet hadn’t been properly cleaned before me. There was the shaving gilette of the previous guest and some hair on the wall of the bathroom.

You will mistake this hotel for a resort, because of their large pool. The staffers well oriented in customer service. Here are few pictures of my birthday cake, as I celebrated my birthday while quarantining in this hotel. Thumps up to Arslan, always ready to help.

Have been a few times now to this place. It's next to the mosque but I don't heat the call to prayer. Great breakfast and really good restaurant. The staff are friendly and it is the best location in town

Has a super stay. Its a wonderful building, next door to a historic mosque and its decorated beautifully. We enjoyed breakfast out in the court yard. Our room felt very luxurious and the staff in the restaurant and reception were all enormously pleasant and helpful. We especially enjoyed a drink by the fire in the restaurant, each evening.

Cheap but really nice. Everything in one place. One is the best beach in TRNC.

The beach is cool, clean and was also not to crowded. You pay for each person 25 Turkish Lira in order to have your private space on the beach, which Is a very fair price. If you want to relax and enjoy the sun this beach is a great spot. We checked also the food on the restaurant that you can eat but we decided not to eat it. It was in our opinion too expensive and didn’t look so good.

Very happy with our stay hotel room was very clean, food was delicious even for my children. Hotel staff and pool staff couldn't be anymore friendly and helpful. Highly recommend here.

Very nice view to take pictures

We stayed in a double room in Denizkizi Royal with a balcony overlooking the sea up to Kervan, a stunning view watching the sun rise. The chairs were a bit worn, everything else was fine. We had half board, the food was continental breakfast, so we could always find something we liked. The evening meal only had a few options but what we had was OK. Dining alfresco overlooking the bay in the evening...

Deniz Kizi and Golden Bay are adjacent to each other in an area called Karavas/Alsancak, North Cyprus. The sea is shallow and perfect for swimming. D Kizi has a lovely pool and the beach is shared with Golden Bay. Golden Bay offer nice decking on 2 tiers and a restaurant and cafe. It's a great place for a day out. It was free today, but I don't know if that's the norm.
