Service is immaculate, staff spoke good English. Good selection of food. Facilities are great, indoor pool is massive and heated at good temperature. Happy with overall stay. Highly recommend!

Kids club was very good. We loved. Alexis all staff very caring and friendly. All activity amazing. Espically face painting every day. Botanica, sinema' trambolin, origami they were very creative. I stayed at this hotel for a family vacation and it was a very nice experience. We really enjoyed our stay — the food was great, and there were many attractions for children. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room, which could have been better. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Very good place for a short stay or for a weekend getaway. You do need a car,the place is on a hill, so without a car it will be a good exercise. We didn't try dinner, but breakfast was ok.

Everything's fine... He's a little tired, towards the end of the season. It's hard to imagine going to the sea in the heat.

It's very far from the center of Girne.

Everything was great, the pool, the restaurant, the only problem was that it was a bit far from the center.

It feels like the hotel is still under construction. There are beautiful rooms, but there's always something happening, something being built, something being expanded. The coastline is being fortified. It feels like the hotel is still searching for ideas to implement.

From the start, valet parking. Smooth check in. Gorgeous room with balcony overlooking the marina. Nespresso coffee machine. Huge comfortable bed and pillows. Perfect room temperature. Large walk in shower with fantastic touletries. Didn't have breakfast as not hungry but had lunch instead. Huge array of good food. The hotel has great location and view from rooms AWESOME! Wonderful view of Mediterranean Sea. Room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is next to the Casino Opera. The soundproofing is excellent, so the room is very quiet. The rooms are clean with a comfortable furniture layout, perfect for two people to stay without getting in each other's way. The pool is deep and wide, great for swimming, and there's a kids' section too.

Pretty decent hotel, with newly renovated building. Would come back here for next time.

We stayed in Olivia palm last week and we had a great experience. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

It’s a cheap hotel, so don’t expect the Ritz. The room was clean, the air con was cold. The bathroom was lovely, great water pressure. The staff members were nice - the receptionist falsely told me a taxi he organised would take card…which meant driving around Kyrenia in the middle of the night for an ATM to pay the driver. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the town, and even shorter walk to some nice...

Had a wonderful stay at Olivia Palm hotel. In my option it really should be rated a 4 star for it achievements in all round services. You’re greeted by Duyagor and Husain on reception who do there very best to assist your every need. We have had an amazing time staying at this lovely hotel with my husband and my friends. Super close to the Girne Harbour (walking distance). The owner and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very cute and the rooms are lovely. I love the balconies and the rooftop pool! Totally recommended!

We visited for the day, as local beaches are litter-strewn in northern Cyprus it seems, but hotel-managed ones aren't. This is a lovely beach and facilities, great food, clean sea, and very lovely staff at the site.

Cheap but really nice. Everything in one place. One is the best beach in TRNC.

The beach is cool, clean and was also not to crowded. You pay for each person 25 Turkish Lira in order to have your private space on the beach, which Is a very fair price. If you want to relax and enjoy the sun this beach is a great spot. We checked also the food on the restaurant that you can eat but we decided not to eat it. It was in our opinion too expensive and didn’t look so good.

Even though I'm a very detail-oriented person, I felt comfortable. The staff were helpful, and it's a great value-for-money hotel. I recommend it.
