Good location close to bus stop with local bus to Girne taking around 25 mins. The hotel is located down a quiet road within walking distance of the sea and coastal walkway. Additionally within walking distance of 2 supermarkets and bars. The Lapta Strip where there are several lovely restaurants is a 20 minute walk away. The hotel has two swimming pools, one with a small aqua park. It is a friendly, hotel, where one would go for a quiet restful holiday. Rooms are airy, clean and modern. There is also an option to choose a bungalow by the pool as opposed to choosing a room in the hotel itself. Wonderful backdrop of the Troodos Mountains can be seen from the hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast is served with a good selection of of food, both Turkish and English. Outside bar for summer, indoor bar during the winter with pleasant lounge just off the main Reception. Rooms fully air conditioned. There is also a lift.

We recently stayed at Hotel Sempati and had such a lovely time. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere, very friendly staff, and a great location — about 15–20 minutes’ drive from the city centre, so it’s peaceful but still close to everything. The new pool and aquapark were fantastic! Clean, modern, and fun for both kids and adults. There’s also a quieter area if you just want to relax and sunbathe. The food was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast buffet had a great mix of options — freshly cooked eggs, warm baked pastries, English-style beans, mushrooms, potato croquettes, yoghurts, cereals, and also more Mediterranean choices like fresh cheese and cold cuts. Dinner buffets were also really good; we were on half board and had a nice variety of fish, meat, and chicken dishes, all cooked very well with tasty meze sides. For lunch, the bar menu was perfect for both kids and adults. The pizzas were especially good! Everything was affordable and much better value compared to other restaurants we visited in North Cyprus. Overall, Hotel Sempati is a fantastic place for families or couples looking for a mix of relaxation, fun, and great food. We’ll definitely be back!

Overall perfect hotel for families and couples. Thank you very mucy for your hospitality. The buffet was very good choice of egg, warms baked pastries, english beans, mushrooms patato croquettes cereals or more Mediterranean fresh cheese cold cut options Dinner buffets were good we got half board we had fish meat chicken all cooked very well with meze options too. The lunch menu at the bar siitable for kids and us The pizzas were so good! Affordable food overall not expective compared to restaurants we visited in north cyp City center close 15-20 min drive so very well located but also in calm

We had such a great time at this hotel! The pool area was absolutely beautiful — clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing during the day. The aqua park was a highlight, especially with so many fun slides and activities for both adults and kids. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Our room was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, it was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun — highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking to enjoy a sunny getaway!

Stayed at this lovely family run hotel for a week. The bedroom was clean and well presented. The food was local fayre and delicious. There is a nice beach within short walking distance. I would encourage anyone to do the Lapta Coastal Walkway. It’s roughly 7km long (flat) and runs alongside the beautiful blue sea with the Kyrenia mountains on the other side. There’s a little cafe pitstop for refreshments and snacks. We found the hotel to be reasonably priced with great views and the breakfast was fantastic. They have a good sized fresh water pool with plenty of sun loungers and a cafe bar in the courtyard adjacent to the pool. The staff helped us rent bikes…..great for exploring and had storage facilities for the bikes too.

We stayed in Room 1211. Our room was extremely comfortable , clean and over looked the beautiful poolside area. What more could you want……fantastic weather, a beautiful poolside area and an open courtyard area, perfect for morning coffee and a traditional local breakfast. We stayed here because we wanted to discover the north of Cyprus and to do some diving. The hotel was the perfect choice. We hired a car to explore and the hotel had a large car park conveniently located at the main entrance. There’s a great walk along the seafront and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

I really enjoyed staying at Sempati. My bungalow was right next to the pool, had a beautiful view, and an operational fridge. All the staff were kind and courteous and even helped me whilst I tried to learn Turkish in the seating area. I stayed here on two occasions in July and August of 2024 whilst my apartment was havingb building works. I recommended that my Aunts stay here this year as well. Breakfast here was included in price and had a good selection of foods. Lunch had very inexpensive and delicious hand made chips. Very close to the Sevket Restaurant too, which serves lovely food. Recommended.
