We had a really enjoyable stay (8 nights) at Charalambos. Andreas and Simoni are excellent hospitable hosts with lots of ideas for things to do and were generous with gifts during our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and the pool and the garden were well kept and relaxing. We fully recommend this village location and accommodation and we plan to return.

Just returned from a weeks stay at Charalambos Holiday Cottage. What a find, facilities in the apartments are all you need and more. Andreas and Simoni are so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Kalavasos is a lovely village with a couple of tavernas and a cafe in the square which is a short walk away. Ideal for the coast between Larnaca and Limassol with their lovely beaches. We had a car so Paphos and Troodos Mountains were also easily reached. Looking forward to returning.

I had a great stay here over 4 nights in early September. I was very comfortable in the little open plan apartment, which had a fully stocked kitchen and was very clean. I barely left the apartment, as I found it a great place to get some rest and relaxation. The town of Kalavasos itself was charming, quiet and easy to get around. Special thanks to Andreas for his hospitality.

BEST PLACE WE HAVE STAYED AT IN CYPRUS!!!! Andreas is a hands on host, huge smile and ready to assist with anything you needed plus more. Cottages were beyond stunning as were the views. Fully equipped with crisp linen kitchen items and all. Tis also the cleanest accommodation. Soooo clean and tidy. We originally stayed in the family cottage which exceeded our expectations for one week and we loved lazing by the perfect pool with the best temp to cool off in, then sitting under our patio consisting of passion fruit and grape vines making it fresh and cool and enjoying every meal under it. We returned 2 weeks later and stayed again but in the couples cottage which once again exceeded our expectations. Well groomed and kept garden with gorgeous flowers stone ground and stunning pool. CANT WAIT TO COME BACK TO CYPRUS JUST TO COME BACK HERE!!!! AAAAAAA++++

Andreas and Simone are amazing hosts, they really know how to pay attention to the details and the place looks like a paradise from the moment you open the main entrance of the complex!
I totally recomend it for people who search for authentic cypriot vibes and hospitality, super clean apartments and many services included in the apartment!

Charalambos Holiday Cottage is always a very good choice. We have been spending a few holidays here regularly for several years and always enjoy them very much. It is always like "coming home". The great hospitality and helpfulness of Andreas and Simoni contribute to this. They always make the stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, for example by regaling us with local delicacies. The cottage consists of five traditionally and very lovingly furnished apartments. Everything is top clean. In the courtyard there is a pretty little garden with a pool, sunbeds and seating areas where you can relax wonderfully.
The cottage is located very centrally in the village, so the local tavernas are within easy walking distance.
From Kalavasos, you can explore the whole island by car or bike (rental bike shop in town), as even other towns like Paphos, Polis or Agia Napa are about an hour away.

Dear Simoni and Andreas, thank you for your hospitality this year and the delicious mulled wine in Kalavasos Christmas Village. We will definitely be back!

Three generations of our family had a wonderful week at Charalambos Cottage - Andreas & Simoni were so warm & welcoming & anticipated all our needs - lovely wine, bread, fruit & jam on arrival - even a playpen imported for the baby. The apartments are charming & well equipped, the pool is perfect for kids and cooling plunges for the grownups. Thank you so much to our hosts for creating such a delightful little bit of paradise in a village which makes you feel like a visitor, not a tourist…
