We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and professional, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the facilities—including the pool and gym—were well maintained. Breakfast was fresh and diverse, and the location was both convenient and peaceful. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations in service, cleanliness, and value for money, and we would gladly return.

It was a great stay the ONLY problem the sheets were a tini dirty and the AC didn't work enough what except for that it was amazing

The hotel has good location, in the downtown, in front of the beach. The room was clean, but needs renovation, the furniture is old, especially the kitchen part.  No tooth paste and brush, no sandals.  The stuff was nice and helpful, especially the young man - smiling and king. 

This was my second time here, and I'm happy with it. I recommend this place.

Clean room, good service but the next door building there is building work and they start before 7, which is very annoying, avoid this hotel if you can until work is finished.

Nice location - not far from the airport and the beach was across from the property. Restaurant food & beverages were good but service was average. A mix between good and poor. Overall I had a comfortable stay.

After a tiring whole day tour, we were greeted by wonderful restaurant staff at 10 pm. The dinner and breakfast were good. The reception staff was very helpful. The location is also good. Very near to airport.

I just LOVE Ciao Stelio so much. We come over for work a lot, and it’s our most favorite hotel in Larnaca. The staff is fantastic, friendly And helpful. I feel home every time I come back here . The only downside can be the music from the near by hotel which usually stops by 11 pm. Thanks to all the amazing staff and my favourite Ana.

A modern boutique hotel but I feel it is geared more for business travellers - it is very close to airport and there were aircrew staying - than tourists as it is a fair walk from the old town and has no pool (there is a public beach across the road). It is also quite expensive for a holiday hotel - although Larnaca hotels are more expensive than the resorts

Amazing location, only a few steps from the sand and the beach! You can literally listen to the sound of the waves crashing and the seagulls calling. The hotel is very clean and offers a good breakfast with many options.

We stayed here for 1 night only. The location for us was perfect with enough parking space infront of the hotel (free parking untill 7 oclock in the morning). We had defective curtains in our room, and we immediately received a free upgrade. I came in at midnight, was a bit spooky but in the morning with the sun shining it was nice and very peaceful. The rooftop pool seems like a very nice and relaxing place to be during the day and the service is good and friendly. However whe you go on vacation, you want the wow feeling, we didn't get here.

Excellent location, although there is currently a mass of roadworks around the hotel. The rooms are large, light, bright and clean and the rooftop pool looks good. However, the breakfast is appalling and really lets the hotel down.

I had a really great birthday stay here with my family, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Especially Mr.Mario and Leanna. The location was probably the best! Right in the middle of the promenade, everything was literally downstairs, caffe nero , bars , restaurants, sushi. Everything you need!

This hotel may be basic but it does the job. If you want the beach, it’s well located. If you want decent air conditioning, a reasonable bed and a shower it’s got all of those. If you want a breakfast that caters for most needs then it hits that button too. "city view" is a view of the garbage bins. Great location, but not at all spectacular. Also, hot water must be turned on for two hours before it is available. Even so, it ran out quickly at times.

Stayed for 8 days great hotel very nice staff, room looks remodeled very clear and everything seemed new, I got a room on the 6 floor amazing view of all the coast, good location right on the center where all the restaurants and shops are, just dont forget that in cyprus they drive like in England if you wanted to rent a car

Elena boutique I stumbled across last year and now always stay there when I transit in Cyprus to and from Beirut. The owners are simply amazing and are so kind and go out of their way to make things just a little easier for you. It’s a perfect distance from the sea and centre of Larnaca. Tried the restaurant in June and found it very good. The potato chips were exceptionally tasty & crispy (from real potatoes). If you visit this place please ask for the fish of the day (usually it is fresh tuna).

Staff very attentive and helpful with any requests. Room very clean with good facilities. Whilst not central to beach /old town, not too far and there were local shops/bars if required. Hotel in a reasonably quiet area with low traffic noise.

I have stayed for a week in this hotel. The location is fantastic and the room is been done since I stayed ladt year. Excellent job,and better than travelodge in England. Over all fantastic experience and I recommend this hotel,and also a very good price.

One night stay, easy communication, big room, everything was good. 15-20 minute walk from city center, 10 min walk to Central Bus station, which is useful for Airport transport. We had room that is on the street, there is traffic, but it was not too loud for us. Great price/quality ratio.

Their 4th floor apartment renovations are beautiful, spacious, clean and everything new. The shower was awesome - lots of hot water and strong pressure, I would love this shower back at home! The hotel was good enough for a 4 star hotel. But the rooms are not sound proof. We heard lots of noise from downstairs at the first night. And very loud music playing next door after midnight. A bit weird location, above a pub and into a dark alley. Reception very kind and helpful. Rooms vary much depending on your luck as not all are shown on pictures. There is a strange hot water boosting system. They charge for unwashed dishes. Beds are comfortable and clean. Bathroom was also clean. There is no shampoo. There are a hair dryer and an iron.

The biggest plus point of this place is the great location. The coastline is 350 meters away and near the historical center of Larnaca. Very friendly and polite staff. Comfortable beds with a moderately hard mattress. From the minuses: poor soundproofing, no place to dry things. A few nights lacked a blanket, it was cool. For my money it is an excellent option.

Around 100 m far from finikoudes beach. Spacious, clean room with safe. Elevator. All appliances are working. You can do laundry as well. My only issue is that the apartment should have more than one window. Will go back for sure
