Our stay at Charambos Holiday Cottage was absolutely wonderful! The place has an authentic Cypriot charm, a beautifully restored house with amazing pool! The interior is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, while the courtyard is peaceful and full of atmosphere, perfect for a morning coffee or a glass of wine under the stars

Amazing premises for a relaxing holiday! The host is excellent as well. We are visiting for a few days every year over the last 3 years and we will continue to do so for years to come

Location is perfect, quiet village away from the crowds

One of the most amazing owners we have ever met. The village is small, but very charming. The apartments are clean, tidy and big. If you want to swim, you can jump into the pool. For breakfast you just sit outside

I barely left the apartment, as I found it a great place to get some rest and relaxation. The town of Kalavasos itself was charming, quiet and easy to get around. Special thanks to Andreas for his hospitality

Andreas and Simone are amazing hosts, they really know how to pay attention to the details and the place looks like a paradise from the moment you open the main entrance of the complex! I totally recomend it for people who search for authentic cypriot vibes and hospitality, super clean apartments and many services included in the apartment! Well done, keep up the good work!

It comprises of a bedroom (king) on the left of the entrance a large double bed to the right of the entrance, a kitchen after that, with fridge and freezer , two electric hobs, a toaster oven, kettle, nespresso coffee machine, a bread toaster and all crockery, cutlery, pots, plates and cups needed

Best experience - great hosts, lovely house and village, much better than any other place that we have visited in Cyprus. It's worth to stay here even if only for the breakfast

We never managed to book at Stratos' and this time we booked the Makrinari suite. It occupies the major part of the ground floor and the vast majority of its windows face the covered courtyard

The house is very quiet and we slept exceptionally well. When we arrived, cake, wine and fresh fruits were waiting in the fridge. Coffee tea and sugar are replenished without asking

If some inklings could be found in the accomodation about the singular generosity and readiness to share of the owners, nothing could have prepared us to the exceptional hospitality displayed in the lavish, lovingly made breakfast, more alike to a healthy lunch, with different, fresh offerings every day

If you know this is happening, you should not give people room on first floor and very beginning but more far away from this noise. Hotel didnt like fully booked so you had this option I guess

Stayed here for a month in August and it was the best decision we made. We were already familiar with the hotel as we had visited family staying here the previous year and had seen what a lovely hotel it was

Our staying was very nice but what we really didnt like was noise from probably broken ventilation from outside, or from generator from kitchen

We had an extremely enjoyable stay. The staff were extremely professional and very welcoming on arrival. The hotel was spotless and facilities superb! Our apartment was beautiful and cleaned each day to a high standard

It was noise all night every 3 minutes for few second so it was impossible to have opened balkony doors

The apartment is clean and gets serviced (depending on how many nights you stay) and beautiful, with a nice balcony. There is no stove in the apartment

Lovely house in the middle of Kalavasos, the check-in process is a bit vague. Its Clean & tidy, although a bit pricy for a apartment that far from the sea. But worth a visit.

Charming traditional village house with a small swimming pool. The house is divided into 3 apartments with big bedrooms and nice bathrooms

The cleaning could have been better, but you do get clean sheets and towels twice a week. There are insects, especially ants, as there is in all village houses

I went here with my parents and my brother in 1990, my dad planted a tree on the premises. I have always wondered if the tree is still there. I have to come back with my own children and find out.

He deserves more stars than he has. If you take the superior to the family will be cool. Polite staff, friendly owner, nice pool with bar. There is a parking for rent cars

Nice place to sit down and have a drink. In the shadow of St Lazarus church.

Has balcony with a glimpse of the sea. Main tourist attraction is 15-20min walk. St Lazarus Church and The Fort. This is passable if you’re on a tight budget. It just feels and looks dirrrtyyy

A/C emits foul odor so I didn’t turn it on for the heater. I stayed for 2nights on 1st week of April so the cold is bearable

Quiet Location ideal for families clean & spacious modern apartments. Swimming pool is good.Beds are very comfy great mattresses.shops & restaurants are close by also airport is only 15 mins away.

10 mins drive from Larnaca airport - your aeroplane could land, and you have literally got your luggage, rented your car and got to Horizon View within half an hour! Perfect after 5 hours sat down! Obviously close to Larnaca beach front too where there is plenty to eat and do

Plenty of other quiet beaches and smaller towns in the area also. Definitely worth a shot if you're looking for a holiday or more

Vonderfull place! We were scared to go because of a low score on the tripadvisor, but that turns out to be fake! My positive review with pictures wasn't published there! I've deleted my tripadvisor account after that

It's basic, the cleaning staff do a great job, weekend entertainment is well chosen. There is no lift,but only two floors so not a problem

Whatever you do don't miss the kiosk at the front of the hotel,they serve great souvlaki and the sheftalia is the best I've had in years

Literally 100yds to the beach,good car parking,and the pool should be fully refurbished by high season

Nice, small yet affordable place to live. Rooms are small and not so airy. You can also find many restaurants around this hotel. Indians can also enjoy Indian restaurants nearby

Good place to visit with children. But no shallow water pool. We was with 6 yo child and it was good for her because she's swimming. Druft beer and nice stuff. Kitchen. Not a lot of people. Free parking.

The kitchen was fully equipped just the bathroom had some minor issues like a congestion in the toilet and a crack in the bath tub. After informing the local maintenance everything was fixed to our satisfaction

A very interesting building in the local landscape. A pool is present and Larnaca is just a couple of minutes far away. We have paid 844$ for two bedrooms, 13 days in October via Airbnb

I recommend Cyprus especially for not crowded tourist places like in Spain and for diving

If it's a very quiet break your looking for then yes book it, but if you want even a tiny bit of something going on then don't. You definitely need a car here, don't even think about coming here without one

Accommodation is fine, nothing fancy but clean and good sized rooms ideal for families. We booked for 4 nights and to be honest that is long enough. This place would be ideal if it wasn't so remote

Host is not helpful, he'd rather not talk to you at all since he doesn't really speak English. It's alright though, he's there only to let you check in and that's it

Nothing too fancy, but given the fact that they require such a little amount of money, it is more than enough to have fun around Larnaca ☺️ Highly recommended

I had nice stay in this hostel, great balcony, big terrace on the top. Soon I will be enjoying the time again. Owner is also very friendly and nice.

Spacious, tady and comfortable stay. I was here in December, there were warm blankets, clean place. It is a hostel but also has private rooms with shared facilities

Stavros and his team offer a warm friendly and helpful service. I stayed for 2 weeks in October on a business and leisure trip. Their 4th floor apartment renovations are beautiful, spacious, clean and everything new

One night stay, easy communication, big room, everything was good. 15-20 minute walk from city center, 10 min walk to Central Bus station, which is useful for Airport transport

The manager, Stavros, was an exquisite person who did everything to help us and the young people appreciated his availability and courtesy. The facility is good and the quality/price ratio is excellent

The apartments and the location are very beautiful. There is seating area and balconies where one can sit and relax, eat and drink. The pool view is great too. It is definitely recommended for larger groups too.

Nice traditionel Cyprus houses for relaxing. Manou lets us choose between several nice appartments. She makes sure we have nothing more to wish for. We had a great holiday thanks to her

Really authentic old appartments, with all necessary services. Very near to really good supermarket and easy access to most parts in Cyprus (Nicosia 40m, Larnaca 20m, Limassol 20m, Paphos 60m)

We stayed few days in this traditional village. A Very beàutiful, clean and peaceful place. The staff Manu was so lovely and helpful. Infact, I am coming back here for a few days again

Clean and well-equipped rooms. Possibility of picking up the key from the cafe in the building. Good prices. The apartment is 20 minutes walk from the main boulevard and the beach.

There is everything for living and recreation. Shops nearby! The beach is 20 minutes walk. If you take a car, you can see all the beauties of Cyprus. Elena is a very responsive and kind person

The girl working in the bar upon arrival treats you for free whatever you want, be it beer or water! We are delighted! 😁👍

Normal place to stay for a couple of days

I wanted an accomodation directly on the beach. Nothing else was important. The apartment has a little kitchen, fridge, everything is okay.

Good place to stay. Nice location on seaside. Many nice restaurant to eat out around. Clean nice hotel apartment.

The decor in our room (105) is completely original high end 1980s which has stood the test of time (even the hot place which I would recommend is PAT tested before use!) Hotel will be refurbished soon so I have lodged an appeal to retain at least one of the rooms with original decor

Spacious, clean rooms with very nice view. Well equipped, but from the kitchen the pots are missing, maybe you can get from the reception I didn’t try to get them. Bit dated, but only a road separates from the beach

I really thought this place was great. Very nice room, spacious and comfortable. There was a small kitchen too. We ate in the restaurant and really enjoyed the food and the lovely sitting area

Place has a very warm and friendly vibe, enjoyed chatting with older lady cleaning floor who has been there since it opened in 1980 and was happy to share the history
