The hotel was good enough for a 4 star hotel. But the rooms are not sound proof. We heard lots of noise from downstairs at the first night. And very loud music playing next door after midnight. I had to report to the receptionist cos it’s impossible to sleep. The music stopped 10 minutes after I complained. The breakfast was good. Lots of choices.

The breakfast was great. The pool was quite spacious and nice. The beach wasn’t exactly perfect — we had to go quite far out to be able to swim properly — but it was very safe for kids. Its proximity to the city makes it ideal if you have a car. For those who want to use public transportation, there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Beautiful beach hotel on the Dhekelia Road in Cyprus, Larnaca. Breakfast buffet is amazing, as are the facilities and members of staff. Highly recommend! Big breakfast buffet with cooking stations for eggs, pancakes, omelettes etc. Beautiful spacious room.

My stay at the hotel was mostly good — the room was clean and the reception staff were really helpful and lovely. The only downside was how noisy the neighbors were, which made it hard to relax. Overall, a decent stay but the noise was a big issue.

Extremely friendly staff, very helpful and would always go the extra mile to help you. Location is by the beach and next to a good seafood restaurant. However, it is far from the airport, city centre and the shopping mall. It depends on your needs and breakfast was good!

Couldn't of had to quarantine because of close contact to covid (didn't catch it myself but was in contact with someone who did) Shame I couldn't use the facilities but it was amazing. Everything was absolutely faultless, a perfect stay. The room was spacious, comfy and spotlessly clean either beautiful sea view. Staff were excellent and very helpful and the breakfast was incredible! The location is great and I recommend getting a massage in the fitness centre. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location is excellent, right next to the seaside promenade, and close to both the Intercity long-distance bus station and the Larnaca bus station. It offers convenient access to dining, entertainment, and public transportation to surrounding cities and the airport. However, the front desk staff were rather indifferent.

I don’t think the hotel has lived up to the Indigo standards. It was not bad in terms of the design, but very small and basic, not the typical Indigo that I had expected. The breakfast was the same every day and was boring. The orange juice was clearly not freshly squeezed to me, but the staff insisted it was. The shower head was very dirty, please train the staff to pay attention to the small details...

It has been a big disappointment we expected more from a member hotel of IHG . The staff were almost 80% foreigner's without full qualification needed in hotel services . The did not clean the room properly .Under our bed was dirty and dusty we saw it when we searched the ring felt under the bed. They did not change sheets almost all the period we stayed. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly, the breakfast delicious, the facilities clean and the room, although a little small, was comfortable with a large balcony. The hotel is ten minutes walk from the centre of Larnaka, really in the heart of things.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and professional, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the facilities—including the pool and gym—were well maintained. After a tiring whole day tour, we were greeted by wonderful restaurant staff at 10 pm. The dinner and breakfast were good. The reception staff was very helpful. The location is also good. Very near to airport.

I just LOVE Ciao Stelio so much. We come over for work a lot, and it’s our most favorite hotel in Larnaca. The staff is fantastic, friendly And helpful. I feel home every time I come back here . The only downside can be the music from the near by hotel which usually stops by 11 pm. Thanks to all the amazing staff and my favourite Ana.

A modern boutique hotel but I feel it is geared more for business travellers - it is very close to airport and there were aircrew staying - than tourists as it is a fair walk from the old town and has no pool (there is a public beach across the road). It is also quite expensive for a holiday hotel - although Larnaca hotels are more expensive than the resorts

We had defective curtains in our room, and we immediately received a free upgrade. I came in at midnight, was a bit spooky but in the morning with the sun shining it was nice and very peaceful. The rooftop pool seems like a very nice and relaxing place to be during the day and the service is good and friendly. However whe you go on vacation, you want the wow feeling, we didn't get here.

Our staying was very nice but what we really didnt like was noise from probably broken ventilation from outside, or from generator from kitchen. It was noise all night every 3 minutes for few second so it was impossible to have opened balkony doors.
