Great location near beach, city, restaurants and fortress. Clean and very beautiful apartment. Host very friendly and helpful. Highly Recommend

A bit weird location, above a pub and into a dark alley. Reception very kind and helpful. Rooms vary much depending on your luck as not all are shown on pictures. There is a strange hot water boosting system. They charge for unwashed dishes. Beds are comfortable and clean. Bathroom was also clean. There is no shampoo. There are a hair dryer and an iron.

It was almost last minute booking and not many other options were available so for that price I was expecting an average room but I got a full apartment instead. It consists living room with a sofa, TV and dining table, further, there is a fully equipped kitchen followed by a bathroom and bed room with a comfortable bed and ba ig wardrobe. It is located in the heart of the old part of Larnaca, all tourist attractions within 10 minutes walk, less than 5 minutes to the beach and a number of restaurants nearby. That will be my next first choice if I’ll travel to Larnaca again.

Absolute value for money. Located 3 mins walk from the finikoudes beach and bus stop (airport bus as well as intercity bus) . Clean and basic rooms. Good air conditioning. Secure and has a place to keep luggage if need. We left our charger before going to Paphos and collected it when we got back to larnaca. Also the lady at the reception helped us with giving details prior to reaching the hotel and keeping our luggage at the locker till we came to collect it.
Reception works from 8am to 8pm but you can check in late as well , at the next sister hotel Achilleous hotel.
There are plenty of amazing cafes restaurants, food chains. And we walked to most of the attractions

The biggest plus point of this place is the great location. The coastline is 350 meters away and near the historical center of Larnaca. Very friendly and polite staff. Comfortable beds with a moderately hard mattress. From the minuses: poor soundproofing, no place to dry things. A few nights lacked a blanket, it was cool. For my money it is an excellent option.

Around 100 m far from finikoudes beach. Spacious, clean room with safe. Elevator. All appliances are working. You can do laundry as well. My only issue is that the apartment should have more than one window. Will go back for sure

Rooms get 5 stars, service gets 5 stars, location ia at the center of everything and footsteps away from the beach, and the staff should get even more than 5 stars

Nice apartments in front of city beach and close to main places.
There are apartments with side sea view, but its pretty noisy outside. Ask for quiet apartments if you don't like city noise – the view won't be so good, but at least it will be quiet.

Great location on the beach, fantastic staff! Many thanks to all of you great people: Vasilis, Renata, George! You showed, again and again, that you treat your clients as family! I almost wish I didn't have to give this away - this place is the best kept secret in town! Euharisto poli!
