The breakfast was great. The pool was quite spacious and nice. The beach wasn’t exactly perfect — we had to go quite far out to be able to swim properly — but it was very safe for kids. Its proximity to the city makes it ideal if you have a car. For those who want to use public transportation, there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The Staff were always extremely attentive and helpful. The only drawback is that there are insufficient rooms in the Hotel to accommodate guests who have disabilities and require additional aids in the bathroom (particularly a Shower Seat and Grab Rails on each side of the toilet). A bit weird location, above a pub and into a dark alley. Reception very kind and helpful. Rooms vary much depending on your luck as not all are shown on pictures. There is a strange hot water boosting system. They charge for unwashed dishes. Beds are comfortable and clean. Bathroom was also clean. There is no shampoo. There are a hair dryer and an iron.

The biggest plus point of this place is the great location. The coastline is 350 meters away and near the historical center of Larnaca. Very friendly and polite staff. Comfortable beds with a moderately hard mattress. From the minuses: poor soundproofing, no place to dry things. A few nights lacked a blanket, it was cool. For my money it is an excellent option.

I visited the palm beach hotel at June 2014 which was most beautiful moment in my life i will never forget these days , big thanks to all workers from smallest to biggest one .

Couldn't of had to quarantine because of close contact to covid (didn't catch it myself but was in contact with someone who did) Shame I couldn't use the facilities but it was amazing. The hotel was good enough for a 4 star hotel. But the rooms are not sound proof. We heard lots of noise from downstairs at the first night. And very loud music playing next door after midnight. I had to report to the receptionist cos it’s impossible to sleep. The music stopped 10 minutes after I complained. The breakfast was good. Lots of choices.

Everything was absolutely faultless, a perfect stay. The room was spacious, comfy and spotlessly clean either beautiful sea view. The location is excellent, right next to the seaside promenade, and close to both the Intercity long-distance bus station and the Larnaca bus station. It offers convenient access to dining, entertainment, and public transportation to surrounding cities and the airport. However, the front desk staff were rather indifferent.

The room was small and the cleanliness was so-so.

There are no restaurants or supermarkets within 200 meters, but it's not far from the beach, a 10-20 minute walk. There are quite a few seafood restaurants by the sea, and they're quite tasteful. The breakfast at this place is pretty good, much better than what you'd find at a BW in the US.

It's a little small, but it's the only room we could manage for a family of three. It's not far from the airport and the business district, and it's very convenient for visiting the salt flats and mosques.

I really liked this hotel, not just for its location—a quiet yet convenient spot, just a few hundred meters from the Church of St. Lazarus, surrounded by bustling shopping streets, and very close to the beach. I don’t think the hotel has lived up to the Indigo standards. It was not bad in terms of the design, but very small and basic, not the typical Indigo that I had expected. It has been a big disappointment we expected more from a member hotel of IHG . The staff were almost 80% foreigner's without full qualification needed in hotel services . We very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly, the breakfast delicious, the facilities clean and the room, although a little small, was comfortable with a large balcony. The hotel is ten minutes walk from the centre of Larnaka, really in the heart of things.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and professional, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the facilities—including the pool and gym—were well maintained. I just LOVE Ciao Stelio so much. We come over for work a lot, and it’s our most favorite hotel in Larnaca. The staff is fantastic, friendly And helpful. I feel home every time I come back here . The only downside can be the music from the near by hotel which usually stops by 11 pm. Thanks to all the amazing staff and my favourite Ana.

A modern boutique hotel but I feel it is geared more for business travellers - it is very close to airport and there were aircrew staying - than tourists as it is a fair walk from the old town and has no pool (there is a public beach across the road). It is also quite expensive for a holiday hotel - although Larnaca hotels are more expensive than the resorts

The sea view room was perfect, and the room was very spacious, with cooking facilities. There's a supermarket nearby, which is super convenient for shopping. Breakfast is at a partner restaurant next door, way better than a buffet, haha! 😄 Definitely a five-star recommendation!

The Sun Hall Beach Hotel Apartments have an excellent location right on the main beach street. It is within walking distance of the city center and many restaurants/cafés/etc. The apartment was nice and comfortable and a great choice if you value convenience and location.

Best hotel breakfasts we've ever had and one of the best service experiences. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We had defective curtains in our room, and we immediately received a free upgrade. I came in at midnight, was a bit spooky but in the morning with the sun shining it was nice and very peaceful. The rooftop pool seems like a very nice and relaxing place to be during the day and the service is good and friendly. However whe you go on vacation, you want the wow feeling, we didn't get here.
