if you're coming for internship - please stay away!! The hotel is terrible. Bugs like ants and roaches and spiders everywhere, AC barely working, everything is dirty, sheets were promised to be changed once a week but they only changed them when we left. You can easily climb into your neighbours balcony and if you're on the first floor, the balcony is literally open for anyone to walk in. Others will steal your drier rack and leave trash at the balcony. It's also super loud due to students, and it smells very bad, especially if you travel in groups of 5+ because the rooms are so tight. there is also construction happening right outside the place so it is very loud and you will often wake up too early because of noise. The pool is closed for most of the year. Toilets clog easily and showers leak, making the whole bathroom flood into the room. A lot of cats roaming around, but that's a negative only if you dislike the animal. Good luck asking for new sheets or washing clothes because their "will do tomorrow" turns into "oh yeah I forgot" after 2 weeks.

On some positives:
Food is alright but they don't provide water so you have to buy it yourself. The location is very close to the beach but it takes a bit of walking to get to public transport. The personal is nice (except the one crazy lady who will yell at you for breathing wrong), reception will provide you toilet paper and trash bags if you ask. Wifi is seperate in each room which is a nice bonus, and is fast. There is working TV as well, and a kettle and a fridge if needed, but that is depending on which room you get in.

Rooms with neglected, unmaintained equipment. Even a bit dirty. The oven did not work. Damp stains on the walls. Neglected hotel with an unpleasant older lady at the reception.

I do not recommend it at all. The rooms had nothing to do with the pictures. The cleanliness was beyond criticism. The person at the reception was super rude. No attitude towards us. I would not visit again. There were bugs on the beds and towels. There was no heating and when you ask at reception for a blanket they give you a sheet.

The best hotel I found around, great staff, excellent backup for every need, smiling and friendly very helpful. Was very glad to a taxi driver who suggested me this amazing place. Great sleeps. I heavily suggest it, for sure will be back

Cleaning staff rude and shouty, one of the night recepcion staff was downright disrespetful, except (and I'm sorry I don't know his name😭) the bald guy, he is very friendly.

You have to pay 3€ per wash, 10€ per day for AC.

The bathrooms are small, water pressure is non-existent, the toilets smell.

All in all, not a great time.

I were there for quite a long time and the hotel is not as in a good condition as it is stated in the pictures. Not all doors are closable, some lights are not working, some of the utensils they provide are broken or was just left there from previous people living there. The cleaning crew were not helpful at all and somehow I lost 150 euro which was totally not the hotels fault when the cleaners entered my room WITHOUT my permission... but they insisted that it was totally not their fault and even asked me if not someone else from other rooms stole it. Wouldn't recommend going there just if you want to fight for clean sheets with the cleaning crew. I will never go back even if they pay me to.

Τhere were ants walking on the bed and the sheets were timeworn. The building is old and poorly maintained. In the breakfast there were only family packets of butter, this means that everybody were eating from the same box and this during covid19 pandemic. There was a lot of noise from the Erasmus students staying in this hotel. I wouldn't recommend it!
