Reviews
Cons: The plumbing is old and inexpensive, and they didn't provide toiletries, only soap and shampoo. There are only two outlets, and those are for the TV.
- Super friendly staff!
- The breakfast and the lunch food was quite good.
- Clean rooms with great AC. Everything worked and they had great balconies.
- Pool also was great and it was quite pleasant to hang out by it reading a book.
- Happy hour in the hotel bar from 9pm-10pm and the cocktails were great.
Overall an incredible stay.
The only cons:
- The Taxi the hotel orders for you tried to scam us. It went a long way (we know it’s a straight line and he kept going out of the way) and said it would be 5€ more because he didn’t expect the ride to be so long. We informed the hotel of this but they just told us that if we want we can ask the taxi drivers to put the taximeter on.
- Just 1 vegan option on the lunch menu, although it was really good.
- They didn’t let me order from the kid’s menu even though I was not hungry enough to get a full plate 😂Such a small thing but just leave me alone and let me order whatever please!
We stayed at this hotel from 22/08/25 to 26/08/25 and this is my honest review. We (myself, husband and daughter) arrived on the evening before midnight and were greeted by a friendly gentleman at the reception. In the morning we enjoyed their breakfast buffet. It has the basics of sausages, 3 different types of eggs, bacon, grill tomatoes, potato slices, cereal and other tasty bites. This hotel actually does one of the tastiest breakfast, my husband is very fussy with food but he greatly enjoyed each morning. The receptionist are all so friendly and welcoming, they will guide you with activities you can do to enjoy your stay and inform you about hiring a private car (thank you everyone at reception). They can cater for you for lunch and breakfast but bear in mind it cost 20euros per person and that does not include drinks. We found this very expensive but there are lots of restaurants around you can eat. Will personally recommend TGI Friday and Dodo pizza. The pool at the hotel is nothing fancy but lovely to swim in (and clean). My daughter really enjoyed it. The staff really try had to maintain the cleanliness of the place. They are 3 stars but have good potential to move to a 4*. The WiFi is great and a password is given with your room key. The cleaner (old lady) on floor 6 is an angel. She ensured our rooms were cleaned every morning (even before we will ask she will knock to offer), most 5* hotel cleaners don’t even do this. She will even give us fresh bed spreads each day, she really impressed us. There was no entertainment during our stay but trust me you will have a lot to get do outside that you won’t even mind this. The beach is 3mins walk and there is a bus stop infront of the beach that will take you to MY MALL and other places. There is a big park is also a close walking distance and has beautiful scenery. The park has a small zoo inside (5€ for adults and 2€ for kids); there is also a play ground kids will enjoy. The hotel checkout is 12pm but they have a luggage room you can keep your bags and a shower room downstairs you can use if you have a late return flight. Overall this is a quiet hotel but a lovely place to stay (just expect a 3* hotel not a 5*, have an open mind and you will enjoy your stay). All staff we met were respectful and nice. Special thank you to Aspa (receptionist) for going out of her way for us, she also extended our room to 3pm (free) as we had a late flight.
But one barTender is which is a bald guy is very arrogant and Rude.
He is rude with every customer and doesn't seems to care. Just because of him I am giving 4 stars, rest hotel is pretty good.
Drawbacks: Staff only mops the floors without sweeping first, resulting in hair and dust on the floor upon check-in and after daily cleaning. The bathroom facilities have several issues: an old bathtub with scratches and a loose handrail, a malfunctioning or missing sink drain stopper. No kettle provided.
