Rooms are clean and spacious, well. equipped and warm during the winter

The only thing is that the location is slightly outside the city center. Otherwise, it is a fine hotel.

The free Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, perfect for catching up on work emails. I especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the city, a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation

The hotel restaurant had a diverse menu with tasty local and international dishes. Location-wise, it was close to public transport and several attractions, which made getting around easy

My room was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a powerful air conditioner, which was essential during the hot summer days

I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and stress-free stay

Experience was like staying with caring loving family! All the staff were the best! Gentleman at reception lovely, extremely helpful and carried my suitcase to help me even though it wasn't his role

Very accommodating, considerate, and helpful. When I needed extra blankets they provided plenty. Even put a mattress topper for me. They did everything they could to make my stay more comfortable

Lovely hotel, staff were super friendly. Breakfast was pretty basic but always found something to eat. Pool was great,quiet and clean. Our only issue with the room was that there wasnt a plug socket by the bed

The hotel is located on the 1st line from the sea. It has a small area with a swimming pool and sunbeds. Descent into the sea on a ladder. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a table and chairs on the balcony

Writing the review this late, because I booked again this summer, a non refundable booking, but due to air space closure, I was not able to travel, it took the hotel 4 minutes to cancel my registration for free

Thank you for the great stay we had and the treatment when we were not able to come, hopefully will book again soon! Visited the hotel again in July 2025, luckily we got into the renovated floors, looks new and Excellent service as usual

This was my first visit to Limassol and my experience with the Hotel was great. I picked it because of its location, as it is across the road from the beach, and very close to the bus station

Been to this hotel in New Year 2024, had an amazing stay, great breakfast, excellent location, parking is available and the staff are amazing

The old and new port was only 20 minutes walk, or 5 minutes by bus

We were at Arsinoe Beach in April 2014, arrived on April 30. I must say, they are fed hearty, tasty and varied. And this is not only my opinion. The service staff is friendly, all Russian-speaking

We think to come to this hotel next time. The hotel has been closed for 2 years now. And, in September of this year, the hotel building was destroyed

The place was good value for the price and very quiet.

We asked if it would be possible to get a beer and guess what? there was no problem getting a bottle of beer and a glass of wine. Rooms ok, Small but ok considering that this is a 3 star hotel

The lounge area is spacious and pleasant, and I appreciated that the reception was open 24 hours. There is also a nice seating area by the swimming pool. The gym was surprisingly spacious

We were provided complimentary fruit in the apartment on arrival and we opted for the breakfast package. The apartment have amazing views overlooking the main pool, the marina and the sea

The rooftop pool is fabulous and has a great views. The gym, provides a sufficient level of equipment

In the apartment its a master bedroom with sea views, large terrace, living room with a kitchen, main bathroom with Chopard cosmetics, guest bedroom and bathroom The setting of the tower on the beach is stunning

The reception and the staff always give the impression that no request is unfeasible and they are very good with recommendations The Tower apartment stay was fabulous. We look forward to returning soon

The cocktail Captain’s bar with its beautiful sunsets overlooking the beach means that you are in for a treat each evening. The staff are always keen to help you with a great variety of cocktails

The check-in was smooth and efficient and the ever helpful staff provided details and tour of the apartment. We stayed in an apartment overlooking the sea. The bed was extremely comfortable

The hotel has a lovely outdoor area with the pool and all, which is great if you have to wait before check-in or need to hang-around after check-out

A big well done to all the staff members. I had rented a car and the internal parking is an extra in the area. The location is in the middle of a street full or restaurants and 5min walking distance from a serviced beach

Breakfast was great, both in terms of quality and variety and the staff was always there will a smile and a friendly comment. Reception was also extremely welcoming and all are extremely customer satisfaction focused

Better than you think in all aspects! but the bed is awesame!!!, (better bed than others 4 stars hotels in the area). Room is clean and well airconditioned, I had the best sleep! I checked in 2 times until now.

My only criticism would be that the furniture is slightly dated and some of the tiles on the kitchen floor were broken. The bath width is quite narrow so it’s slightly awkward to stand in the shower

Conveniently located a minute from the beach, and short walk to the centre and other attractions, Chrielka is a family-like-run hotel. As you walk in, you feel like @ home

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a superior studio. The staff were very friendly and personable. The reception is manned all day and night with a bar to order from in the evening if needed

Classy 4 **** hotel, normal breakfast, large swimming pool, nice restaurant, above average contingent, slippers, bathrobes, hygiene products. Near the zoo and the park in 3 minutes on foot, the embankment in 4 minutes.

I booked this hotel for my parents, who are pensioners. I called the hotel, made the booking and transferred the payment in less than 5 minutes following the instructions of a polite employee

2,3 km from Dasoudi beach, 40 min walking or 10 min walking + 10 min bus. Good breakfast buffet, great personnel and service, as well as both in- and outdoor pool

Rooms have balconies, air-conditioning, a small refrigerator and wifi is free everywhere. A supermarket and some good restaurants are only a couple minutes walk from the hotel

The staff are friendly, the hotel is average but is being slowly renovated from the bottom up. The rooms are a little tired and old fashioned, hopefully the upgrades will improve this

They were cleaned every day and clean towels provided,the sheets were changed as well after 3 days. The air conditioning worked very good and we had a balcony with the view at the mega pool that they have

Been coming here since 2004 the location is perfect, near to KFC , Macdonalds Costa Coffee,Ocean Basket and lots restaurants a very sort walk to the beach the apartments have full size cooker ,fridge and microwave and plenty of kiosks and food shops

The apartments are not exactly 5 stars,are a little bit old but decent,a lot of space with kitchen (oven,microwave,water heater,toaster,fridge …),bathroom big enough with shower ,tv ,wifi ,safety deposit box and closet for the clothes

Slow to fix small things like door handles. Otherwise, very nice, friendly, and helpful staff. Extra tap for drinking water in the kitchen, and toilets that take paper. Very pleased with my stay, and returning next year

Free aircon is a must in Cyprus in August and this place had it! Mr. Panicos couldn't do enough for us and a fridge full of fresh fruit, all grown locally was a just the ticket when we got in

We snacked on melon, prickly pears, grapes and nectarines all week! The pool is nicely shaded so there is always somewhere to go if you need to cool off and the garden is well maintained

the best value for money holiday ive had beautiful surrounding in a quiet location only a few minutes drive from the beach and harbour Maria went out of her way every day to make our stay as special as possible this is a perfect chill out and relax spot for cyprus

The owner Panicos maintains the superb gardens and lawn and nothing is too much trouble even installed a cot for my grandson for the sort visit. Fantastic holiday Gabi and Karl😊 much trouble

Adopted a few cats while there which isn't unusual as like all Cypriot cats they know where the fridge is and what's in it. Already booked for my two visits next year and counting the days

Rooms clean and nice. Kitchen well equipped. Owner extremely helpful. Would especially recommend in the summer, as the place is well shaded, usually several degrees cooler than outside.

At the reception are both Russian and Cypriots. The sea is very close, though the coast is not very convenient. We need to go a little further. Everything would be great if not for the nightclub near the hotel

We stayed here so many years ago and it was the best despite being only a 2star. Very friendly staff, very clean, beautiful beach and very few people.

Apartments in the old town. With a rooftop pool. Problems with plumbing and soundproofing. If this is not a problem for you, then you can stay in them. To the Marina 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. The staff is friendly
