Great place with great service and wonderful people working. We met the owner who is a very kind guy. It is quite central just 9min by car from the pediatrician crossing and 25 min from the north coast. Close to shops and places where you can eat The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable and they also have good entertainment. Definitely recommended to stay here if you need a good hotel at a good price.

My husband and I have been all over the world but we have never had such a horrible experience anywhere else. Not even in places that you’d expect a low quality service. They lost our cloths after giving them to the hotel for laundry. At one point my husband had to leave the hotel to buy toilet paper. I don’t know who is running this place or is anyone at all responsible, but THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST TIME OF MY LIFE IN THIS PLACE.
If you don’t call for the daily room cleaning service they could forget you and after 5 there wont be anyone to even give you a towel.
Be very careful before wasting your money here.

DO NOT RUIN YOUR TRIP AND WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DUMP. Me and my wife have been here for 5 days now and everyday we have to literally run after the staff meeting on service our room, change the sheets and give us towels.
Last night I personally left the hotel to buy toilet paper cause they told me no room service is available after 5pm. They didn’t give us toilet paper or towels and we had to wait till this morning to get them.
They said they offer laundry service and then they lost half of our cloths. This happened the second day and ever since we’ve been waiting to talk to a manager or the owner, but nothing yet.
They don’t have a system in place and are under staff. There is mot a manager on site.
I don’t know how else I can make it clear for anyone else who’s thinking of coming here that IT IS NOT WORTH IT EVEN ITS FREE OF CHARGE, that’s how bad it is. We have been to over 100 hotels worldwide due to my line of work and never have we experienced anything like this.

To anyone want get the best hotel in nearby old city just go to Sky Roof Hotel the have very good staff especially Nazlican she the best I have meet all my life experience the hotel price is very good I can say was best price too after I have ask other hotels and at booking too Sky Roof Hotel was the best also the hotel very clean the pool was fantastic housekeeping was very clean you just asking for anything they do finally I can say I love Sky Roof hotel and I'll go back for a real holidays.
Advice from me to everyone don't try any other hotels especially Aksaray Hotel this is very bad hotel very Expensive the owned very arrogant he always not at the hotel Ultimate does not care about the customer, he does not have any kind of common sense he only want your money don't give him your credit card.

CHARGED EXTRA £100!!!
I’ve booked and paid for a room in this hotel via Booking.com for my father. The check in was fine, but when he was checking out in the morning they’ve charged him extra €100 for no reason saying that they don’t have the payment. My father was heading to the airport so he didn’t have the time to argue with them (he didn’t call me either because it was in the middle of the night for me). When I called them later that day and gave all the booking info they’ve found the payment.
They’ve said they can refund the charge if I give them his card number. So I did, but they’ve said it’s not the card he’s used so they can’t refund. I was on the chat and on a long call with them explaining and sending literally screenshots of my fathers card being charged with their hotel, but they kept saying it’s the card he’s used. In the end they’ve said they they can send it to his account when the money drop on their bank account and I said ok.
It’s been a week since that day and they have not returned that extra £100 they’ve charged his card for no reason! For now it seems to be a scam they do to make extra. I’ll be happy to be wrong and update my review when they send the money back!
Oh, also there was a construction in the room right above my father’s all night. He’s had to get dressed and go to the reception to complain. But after about half an hour they’ve resumed the construction work
