Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.
The heating/AC was very noisy, took long hours to work, and needed programming to 29 degrees in order to achieve about 22.
Some pillows need replacing.
The gym is in another building across the yard - not a problem, just worth knowing in advance to take your winter coat with you.

Nice staff and clean room, everything fine!

Located in the center of the city. The design is strange, huge, non functional furniture and strange installation of mirror and hairdryer. The safe did not work. The breakfast is good and offers choices but it is the same every day. The staff is kind and do not miss the fortune telling messages at the reception.

Pool closed, gym opens 30 minutes after checkout, so thanks for nothing. All doors in the hotel close by loud smashing, so expect to be awake at 6 am. Bathtub cannot be filled. Breakfast was a disaster - you press espresso on the coffee machine and get Nescafé, food had no taste.

Cute hotel and beautiful pool
The pool area is so pleasant and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast was ok, quite basic. Only bigger minus are the beds, there was only a baseframe, no mattress topper. So the bed is a bit hard. But anyway we had very comfortable staying in this hotel.

Lovely staff and great location
Great location and friendly staff made it an enjoyable stay. The hotel is in need of some modernisation and there was refurbishment underway.

Used for its pool. Happy to have visited. Avoid it over the weekend as as it busy with kids playing with balls. During the weekdays it is much better. The service is excellent. The food is very well presented but in terms of taste, it needs to improve.

The staff was very friendly, and everything was clean. Breakfast was very good. However, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the room doors slam shut loudly — which can be disturbing at night.
One major issue was the pool hours: it’s only open from 10:00 to 18:00, right during the peak heat (43°C when we visited in July). It’s hard to enjoy the pool in such extreme heat, and the hours don’t work well for business travelers.

I’ve stayed here three times in the past month, hoping things would improve, but I honestly don’t understand the 4-star rating.
We requested one of the renovated rooms, but what we got felt more like a tired facelift: modern on the surface, but underneath… not so much. The mattress was uncomfortable, the wallpaper was peeling with holes behind it, the chair had mold growing inside, and the A/C filters? Black with dust and mold, clearly untouched.
It’s not a place I’d choose to stay again.
Now, with that said… Mr. Vassos, you are the heart of this hotel. 🌟
Your energy, kindness, and humor truly made our stay better. Massive kudos to you .People like you are rare and unforgettable.

Also, the poolside food? Delicious. And the coffee? Honestly, one of the best surprises of our visit.

The building and rooms are good but the staff are the grumpiest I have met anywhere in the world. The man in the bar was extremely rude and when challenged he said that a customer had irritated him. The breakfast staff did not speak or smile. And the man at the reception was completely unwelcoming. The place needs a management rethink
