Good hotel, clean rooms. The breakfast was ample and tasty. Friendly and helpful staff. Would gladly stay again.

Everything was wonderful, the hotel staff were very attentive. Check-in was at 2 PM due to high demand, which is also stated in the hotel information. We were given a complimentary breakfast plus one for waiting. The lady at the spa was very nice. Thank you.

I was traveling with clients for business and stayed at this hotel. It's a five-star hotel in the city center, with a large lobby on the first floor. The hotel is relatively old, and while the facilities are a bit dated, the toiletries are of a fairly high standard. Breakfast is included, and it's quite plentiful. Nice and comfortable rooms. Pool area offers a lot of sunbeds and large fluffy towels. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny weather. Staff is friendly. Lobby is stylish. Free shuttle bus to downtown is offered from Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays). I had short but very pleasant stay here. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants are in walking distance.

The hotel is located in Nicosia, so I wouldn't recommend it for those without a car, as it's inconvenient to get around. I also suggest booking directly through Agoda; I booked through Ctrip, and they also booked through Agoda, so the price was better. Getting around Northern Cyprus without a car is extremely difficult, and taxis are too expensive.

Very good hotel, very comfortable. What needs to be improved is that the faucet in the bathroom is very inconvenient to use. It is difficult to adjust the water temperature and water outlet to the correct way. The design is anti-human and inconvenient to use.

All staff are good and the breakfast was decent, room was clean and well equipped, although it does say you get a jacuzzi in the suite but you do not and the balcony is a little on the small side but overall a decent hotel.

Don't stay here, many other places much better even if lower stars. By the time I came down to breakfast, the few food warmers were empty, including the one cereal. Modern, beautifully decorated rooms, very spacious and full of natural light. We stayed many times in this hotel the last 5 years and the rooms were always spotlessly cleaned. Great location! Centrally located with close access to resturants, shops, bus interchange,... The breakfast spread is reasonably good. Key is that there are great enthusiastic waiters and waitress. The hotel has this authentic and old architectural style, that grabs your attention once you go on. The reception staff are so cooperative and friendly. Rooms are spacious, there were 3 extra beds than we needed . As for the location, you need a 5 min car ride from the hotel to the city centre ( Ledra street ), which wasn't bad.
