This is an nice hotel, it is true that it is a bit outdated but if you need the bare essentials you will be ok. Plus it seems to be in a very good location in terms of getting to many places. The beds were comfortable, the tv is very tiny like smaller than most computer monitors. My only true complaint is that when you turn the AC on you can't put it on automatic or adjust the temperature, it continues...

The reception and lounge are fine, although outdated. Rooms are plain, functional and clean. Breakfast is basic but with something for everyone. One should remember to bring AC outlet adapter, since the outlets in the room are UK style. Reception team holds some adapters, but don't count on it.

Really pretty small hotel about 10 minutes walk from the Ledra crossing. Charming rooms, quite small but with everything you need. Excellent breakfast which the host kindly made for us even though we needed to leave really early in the morning. Would recommend the downstairs rooms as they have doors open on to an enclosed patio.

Hostly i was impresses by good experience i had in royal palace. Nice place to live, kind staff, not expensive and served breakfast and dinner all include in room price. At your choice if your are limited, quality of food not high but helpfull

The breakfast was good, English + Southern European style breakfast. The downsides were that the indoor air conditioning was noisy and could not be adjusted, the blackout curtains were not closed, which made it too bright in the morning and affected sleep, and the shower space was small.

Very nice location in walking diatance from the museum and old city (will take 20-30 minutes). Very good parking facilities behind a locked gate. Nice room with safe. Very friendly staff and I enjoyed the breakfast with omelette served (and lots of other stuff available).

Had a fantastic stay here. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious with eggs made to order. The best thing about the hotel is the people. From everyone on reception, to those in the restaurant and the cleaners - they were all super friendly and kind and couldn't do enough to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. A good hotel for a night in Nicosia, the rooms are good, service is good, i even got a free upgrade to the executive room. They offer free snacks and a selection of drinks to take in the restaurant 24/7. They also rent out bikes. Bare in mind the walk to the city centre of Nicosia would be rather long from here. A bike or taxi is recommended in this case.

It was my 2nd time I stayed at this wonderful hotel! Although its old, it has been renovated! It is an amazing family-run business! The room was very clean! We could drink coffee for free 24/7! When I told them I am lactose tolerant they brought me lactose free milk!! I really appreciated it.. Everyone is really kind and hospitable! I will definitely go again!
