We came for medical reasons and ended up staying at your hotel. Firstly was appalled that the reception is at ninth floor. As my dad is disabled we had to ask our taxi driver to contact the reception for help as we didn't have wi-fi to use WhatsApp or international calling.
The rooms are made for students and not thoughtful of disabled person such as the shower as my mum struggled to wash my disabled dad.
Breakfast was average and not what should be 'continental' were you have options of coffee cereal and toast machine

My experience with the hotel has been very positive. I've completed my master's thesis defense on the 21th and successfully passed at Near East University, so the hotel was close to my department for my defense, which made the location perfect for me. The staff at the reception know English well enough. This is a bonus. They were also so kind and respectful, and the cleaning staff were understanding. They are really gorgeous people. The room and the bed are cleaned and organized, and the kitchen staff are also well organized and kind people. It's a really nice place to stay.
However, I have some points that need to be addressed
A minor incident occurred beyond the hotel's control, as the electricity was out for over 30 minutes.
Also, the laundry service is nonexistent, which is not really helpful.
In addition, the hotel does not provide the reception staff with a cash-counting machine, which would speed up the process for them and make the work very smooth.

It's okay, don't expect much, breakfast is normal, no personal gym, rooms can be noisy and you don't get anything complementary not even a tea/coffee bags, no cups. Location is good as it's inside a largest university of North cyprus, so you can use university facilities.

When we arrived, the reception staff was fine and we managed to grab something to eat just in time — the food was okay. At first glance, our room seemed spacious and looked decent. However, that changed quickly once we noticed pieces of food and a lot of hair left behind from previous guests. It was honestly disgusting. The seal around the shower tray was also in terrible condition and added to the overall feeling of uncleanliness. If we hadn’t been exhausted after a full day of traveling, we would have left immediately, as the room was simply too dirty. I tried to stay positive, thinking breakfast might redeem the experience, but I was wrong. The breakfast was extremely disappointing and looked nothing like the pictures. I ate just enough to keep going and we checked out as soon as we could. I highly recommend staying away from this place.

From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was more than just a guest I felt like family. The warmth and kindness of the staff touched my heart in a way that words can hardly describe. Every detail, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the peaceful atmosphere, was thoughtfully cared for.

I was in cyprus for business and staying here close to campus was very good. great campus, especially love the natural water pool

The hotel suite is large, with two beds and an executive chair, but the room I stayed in was filled with a lot of clutter. My booking on Ctrip said I could check out at 4:00 PM, but they didn't let me check out at 4:00 PM and forced me to check out at 1:00 PM. I want an explanation.

There is a hotel operating within the Near East University. It is not very clean, but since it is within the university, if you have business there, it is a good option.

Everything is fine, but cleaning comes into the room every three days and is lacking.

The room was clean, the food was good. You ate whatever was available daily. Apart from that, the restaurant may also be appreciated if your current expectations are not too high.
