We stayed in Marine villa. The villa was amazing and the pool was lovely. Gorgeous sunbeds. The pool was cleaned regularly and the ladies who do the cleaning offered to come in although we didn’t need them for a week. They did replenish the towels though. What more would a family of 4 want. This was a perfect retreat with a view of the sunset sea at night. Apart from the little red ants outside that bite, this was perfect. Thank you to the property owner/ contact for advising on everything. We will definitely return sooner rather than later.

Just back from an excellent 2 weeks stay in Villa Marine at Paradise Cove. We are regular visitors to Cyprus. In an excellent location close to the coastal path and Lighthouse beach. Plenty of bars & restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes walk away on the Tomb of Kings road. Nearby supermarket in Kings Mall shopping centre (prices not to bad) or the Alphamega Aphrodite supermarket just a little further...

Just back from a great 10 night stay at Paradise Cove. We stayed in the Aqua Villa , which was spacious ,well equipped and had nice views towards the beach. The owner was on hand if you needed anything and the ladies that cleaned were excellent. The villas have the added bonus of being detached with their own private pools. Highly recommended.

Great place. Clean, well-equipped. Great service. A bit of a poor location. A good 30-minute walk to the sea.

The house is a bit dated, but everything is OK for the price. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the cleaning was done after just one week. Unfortunately, we had a burst water pipe on December 25th, and no one was available immediately. It took a few hours, but we were able to stop most of it ourselves, and it was repaired the next day. A great place for vacation, a large house, well-equipped. Close to restaurants, shops and the beautiful Coral Beach. Large swimming pool with hot water. Air conditioning in all rooms. The house looks better live than in the photos. Very good contact with the nice and helpful Michelle. I recommend it to everyone.!!!!

Nice villa great location as it is walking distance to the coral bay strip that has all the restaurants and bars. It is also only a short drive to the mall and the harbour. The company that manages the property is great and they are always there to help.

Expensive for what it offers. Very good location, near amenities and restaurants. Unfortunately the villa is old and its owners seem to neglect it. The a/c split units in some rooms are very old, cranky, making alot of noises. One of the en-suite bathrooms has no window and it smells sewage. A nice 4 bed villa with a pool and lots of outside space - Great for families. A central location just off the main Coral Bay Avenue, offering convenience but with a little added noise. Generally well appointed though it would score more highly if it had a dishwasher and a few more electrical sockets!

Coral Bay Villas were very nice, near the beach, great see views and within walking distance of the Coral Bay Main Road, the strip. It is quite at the villas at nightime, just the sound of the sea. As I said one is within walking distance of the strip, so one is well served with restaurants, bars, car rental, pharmacy and obviously souvenir and holiday requirements shops. Villas are very modern but ants can appear anywhere in the house. Most of the feral cats in the area are friendly and only scratch you if you provoke them.

Lovely villa and easy walking distance to the strip of bars and restaurants but far enough away so that background noise isn't a problem. Well maintained too, any small problems sorted out immediately, with regular visits by house keepers and villa manager.

These villas are really nice carnt fault a thing tbh. The only problem we had was ants in the kitchen not loads of them but if you dont clean up after making food or wash up they do appear for the bits that are left about. Edit... just got the pizza hut box out the oven from last which we thought would be safe from the ants.... wrong was a load of them in the box!
