We had a very positive experience staying at this hotel, even though it was just for one night. Both check-in and check-out were self-service, and everything was clear, straightforward, and completely hassle-free.

We didn't encounter any staff until breakfast, which was extensive. Despite it being early morning, they were all very pleasant, helpful, and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble, and there was a genuinely lovely atmosphere.

The room was clean, tidy, and everything was in perfect order. The hotel's excellent location is also a big plus. Even with our short stay, we left with a very good impression and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

I've been to both hotels in this chain in Liberec. This one is better just because there's no staff around. You check in with a computer which is better than dealing with super unfriendly staff. This branch is much less bad than the other older building they operate in Liberec

Check-in is self-service, and can be done online, but Trip.com doesn't provide guest information, so we had to rely on a random hotel employee for assistance.
The room is small, with a kettle, refrigerator, and tea and coffee. The linens are clean, but the bathroom is small.
The hotel has ample free parking and is a 10-minute drive from the center of Liberec.
The breakfast is very good, and a free coffee machine with sandwiches and cookies is available throughout the day.
Overall, if you have a car, this is a very decent option for an overnight stay of one or two.

A short two-day trip with two older children to Liberec and Ještěd. The Pytloun Liberec is a well-maintained little hotel on the outskirts of Liberec. It's difficult to reach by public transport, hence only three points for location. The room was quite small but adequate. The self-check-in portal initially makes the hotel feel a bit impersonal, but you'll encounter the friendly and attentive staff by breakfast. The excellent and plentiful breakfast deserves special mention; the children were particularly delighted with the waffle iron.

We highly recommend this hotel if you're arriving by car.

Family room was good. Room itself was updated, small kitchen was very outdated, but clean.
Location is good. Free parking spaces are great.
Small playground is not safe to play anymore as everything is old and shaky.
Breakfast was an experience - not! Never have seen such a bad organized staff. Choice of food was good for a 3 star hotel, but „cold“ drinks were warm, when something was empty it took ages until it was filled up again (or it was just missing for the rest if the breakfast) and not only food, but also plates and cups. One morning we cleaned a table ourselves, because it was too much to ask the stuff for. We got cups and glasses from behind the bar and ate from saucers as no plates have been there. (Other guests did, too!)
Also we did not expect perfect English from the staff at breakfast but none of them understood even one single word, which made communication very difficult.
All in all it is a clean location, good to stay for a few nights. However, I would only book without breakfast.

Best breakfast in this category!
You can really see that the team and owner are enthusiastic and care about the place. TV didn't work but I didn't mind; pity they promised a complimentary toothbrush (great idea, I hadn't taken one for in unplanned trip) but nobody was around/ able to give it to me. Some extra mile effort would make it the best place ever. Btw they serve prosecco at breakfast, for free :-)

Very clean, fantastic breakfast by Lucia. Quick and efficient check-in by Marek. Comfy bed, fluffy pillows. Great base for exploring Liberec. Close to Jested and withon walking distance to town. Great!

We were happy with Robert, Monika and Lucie. They served us very well and kind. Our rooms were awesome, it had everything I needed. There was tv, great bed, desk and a small kitchen with oven and many great things. We were happy to be here.
