I think it's really cool overall, the swimming pool could be improved. The food tastes very good (especially the pizzas). The hotel room is very well equipped. I think it's really nice that you can look out onto the mini zoo. Guest 10 years old

Perfect hotel to let the children run wild and relax in the sauna in the evening. Here is something for everyone. Our children were very enthusiastic and want to come back here. Price-performance is definitely appropriate.

It's hard to say what's best about this place. It has its own charm and everyone will certainly find something good for themselves (Aqua Park, Sauna World, Bowling, Fun Park, IQ park, Autodrom, Luna park and many other attractions). A great hotel, I especially recommend it to families with children, who will certainly not be bored. Beautiful, fancy decorations complete the whole. We came from France. We was there for a boxing tournament in Liberec. It's definitely a luxury brand. Even if we was tired and my collègue was Angry, the receptionist named Jacub resolved very calmly and professionally all our issues. The 2 night we were there, he helped us in a personalized way. We are very thankful. We will come back for sure! Room was perfect, clean bathroom with jacuzzi. Very close...

Unique design rooms. Closed windows for a sleep recommend as there is a tram infront of the hotel.

Great staff at the reception! I had a very pleasant stay, thanks for letting me leave my bad at the reception. I liked reading over the transformation of the hotel over several decades, you can find it in the stairwell on on the way to 5th floor.

Rooms are very good, service at lobby is very slow. Breakfast can improve.

Very nice and big rooms. Very comfortable and clean. Good location. The view from the window was great.The room was quiet. The staff was nice and helpfull. The beds were comfortable to sleep. The breakfast was tasty. The price was affordable. The only drawback was that the toilet seat was loose. But overall I enjoyed staying there and I can recommend this hotel.

Business hotel for overnight stay

One of the nicest hotels in town. Only checking-out at the end of your stay takes way too long. Totally unacceptable to wait about 25 minutes for 5 people to check out.

Been here twice in 6 months, and will surely come again, the luxury and services are absolutely top level.

The room was nice and cosy but a bit small. Room service and reception was perfect. The building seemed to be a bit old and not in best condition. Overall it was an very pleasant stay. Breakfast was included and we didn't pay much for the hotel in total.

We had nice stay, I would just mention that the shower holder was loose therefore it was working properly. Pillows were very not supportive very soft not good for your neck. Apart from this it was great.

Parking is very limited, especially since a coach parked directly in front of the hotel instead of driving into the bus parking bay. So there was no parking space available in the hotel car park. The bathroom was still covered in hair from previous guests, the beds were not made despite requests. A little bit old fashion, but in a good way, had a nice old time glamour. Exellent breakfast. Situation perfect, in the town center, but on a more quiet street, so it was easy to arrive with a motorcycle. Rooms are clean and have cooling system. Special thanks to the young ladies in the reception for very friendly service, helping us with disabled parking etc.!

Good accommodation in the downtown area of Liberec. Room was clean, silent and generally ok. A bit warm I must admit but opening the window you can get some fresh air. Breakfast is ok although not that many fruits. The square nearby is also nice

The hotel is in tghe historic building. Location is perfect in the quiet area, vbery close to the city center. Very nice beer pub close to the hotel. Free parking with the plenty of space. Rooms very comfortable, service is perfect, breakfast with a wide choice of meals.

Nice hotel with friendly staff situated in the city centre. Perfect view from the top floor. The breakfast was good. I feel the price was quite high.

Great price for a hotel (44 euros for a 2 bed room) and the hotel has a very retro feeling. The hotel elevator is an experience on its own. Rooms are brightly painted and rather cozy. Breakfast is fine and has a relatively large selection of different foods.

Nice historical place to visit

Absolutely fantastic. Indoor bar and cafe, rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean and everything you want to see is just a few steps away. This is my third hotel to stay in Czech Republic, the others all being 4 stars and this one was my favorite. The staff are kind, understanding and approachable which is hard to find in Czech. A++++

Very nice,family environment,nice food. Just two problems they don't speak english only two employees that aren't there all the time,and the sauna it's very expensive and nobody tell you the price before you go.i recommend the hotel

We stayed here for a weekend. Because this hotel is completely self-checkin, you have to use the tablet application on the desk, but we had troubles getting the room key to work. Fortunately the manager was kind and helped us promptly. Rooms are okay. Not great, but okay. Bathroom is pretty small though. Breakfast is pretty good, great selection of all types of food. There are even complimentary sweets...

Good and clean hotel. Only con we’re some of the foods of the breakfast. Otherwise nice, cosy and calm hotel. Recommending that you have car, since it’s a little bit far from the city centre.

The hotel is well equipped and clean. The staff is extremely helpful and flexible. They speak excellent English. Whatever unusual idea I came up with, they responded to it with openness and creativity.

The most positive thing for this hotel is that its management adequately reacts to criticism expressed in the previous feedbacks. Centrally positioned, this hotel is well beyond its shining days. The idea to attract with art nouveau is limited by the old structure, the prehistoric carpets in the stairwell and the lack of basic equipment like power connectors close to the bed or a hair dryer. Furthermore the 4 rooms we occupied in our group have not been room-serviced for all consecutive 3 nights we stayed. A call at the reception...

Dated rooms, willing and friendly staff. Experience on its own, has a very 1920 feel to it. Can get a much better bang for the buck in some other places but hey ho.

Like on 3 stars it is very good. I am at room 417 on 5th floor. Very nice view from here at night. Testy breakfasts are also on plus. Staircase is very climatic :D

Very nice,style mountain cottage

Lovely views all around! Easy access up on the hill. The parking is big enough to accomodate many cars. The rooms are worn out and they need to be renovated. The main bedroom from the 3/4 beds appartment is very small. See photos. If tou are a foreigner, the communication with the staff is almost impossible since they don’t speak English. The main living room is stunning if you like old, vintage, buildings

Beautiful interior, friendly staff. It is located outside town on the top of the hill, isolated place with amazing view of the town and Jested. Rooms are not so good, tiny bathroom. Good for 1-2 nights only.

Nice place, not far from centre

The hotel is old but still in acceptable conditions. The 4-people room and its bathroom was big and clean. Breakfast was very delicious. Negative points for one of receptionist who was very rude and the darkness of the corridors to the rooms. All in all it offers a very good cost benefit ratio.

They have a nice restaurant with lots of daylight coming in. The waiters are friendly, attentive, yet unobtrusive. The meals are somewhat expensive, but worth it. I've been here several times already and can warmly recommend to try some of the traditional Czech meals here. They also offer a fair variety of speciality meals requiering a long preparation time which have to be ordered at least a day ahead

Helpful staff, no english channels on TV. Big bed but 25cm between bed and wall. Bit tight. Small table, one chair, extra single bed. Good size bathroom. 5 minutes walk down to Forum (MyLiberec) shopping centre for food on Sunday night on level 3.

Simple rooms. Old hotel with good breakfast

Nice hotel in a relativly nice location. 4 stars is clearly too much. There is no lift and you have to drag your lugage to the second floor on narrow steep and curved stairs. Be warned! Breakfast ok but not more. There is a private parking available at no extra cost.

It is a restaurant dining room with a wide range of food, hot and cold drinks. You can have soup, sausage, vegetable salad, fruit and stuffed dumplings, goulash or fried food, as well as dessert.
