Very comfortable hotel, just in the city center of Turnov. Spacious room and comfy bed. Quiet rooms under the roof. Minibar. WiFi works very well. Very tasty breakfast. Easy check-in and check-out. Next to bus stop. We recommend this hotel.

the hotel is located in the main road so its very hard to stop, park and take baggage. rooms are very basic. the pictures are a bit misleading as the hotel looks older and not so attractive

Should improve their Service consciousness
The hotel is quit old. Very basic conditions.
The ladies in the Breakfast were very rude.
They refused to answer us in English. We had to communicate with them through the girl in the reception. They just ignor the girl from the reception.
Look for an alternative hotel.

The hotel's interior is quite new, featuring modern high-tech features. Although it's a two-story building, it has an elevator. The breakfast is decent. The front desk staff are very polite. The hotel is located on the main street of town, and there is free parking in front of the hotel.

This hotel was the best stay we’ve had in our 3 weeks in Czech Republic! The beds and pillows were amazing. It was clean, had everything including air conditioning in room, and the staff was super friendly too. Oh…and then their breakfast…the best!! We upgraded to a room with a balcony. Well worth it. What a bargain too! I’ll be back!!

Hotel was very clean. Service was good, littlebit more smiles doesn’t hurt anybody. Breakfast was really taste and there was choices enough. Hotel location is really good. Only thing what we hoped would be better was parking. They have really small private parking in really shabby place. Public parking is available right at front of hotel. Overall i totally recommend this place.

Pro: friendly welcome, air conditioning in the room and minibar, we got the room we requested (top floor and at the back). Good pillows. Delicious (hot) breakfast and everything was very well stocked. Staff in the kitchen are friendly. There is a supermarket 50 meters away. Free use of umbrella's. Con: the hotel parking is paid and is located 100 meters from the hotel, it is difficult to load and unload your luggage. Parking is a glorified sandbox... There is a paying parking lot right opposite the hotel that is also paying, but is cheaper. Of course, there must befree parking space. Saw dust nets in the room, maybe have more attention to it.
