It was the first time for me in Ibis hotel I had been greeted with a personalized letter on the room's table.
We’d especially like to thank the incredible staff for their professionalism and friendliness. A very special mention goes to Pavlína — she was absolutely wonderful! Her positive energy, helpful attitude, and constant smile truly stood out and made a big difference in our experience. She went above and beyond for all of us, and we’re so grateful.
The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable — everything we needed for a great stay. But it was the people who really made it special. Thank you to the whole Ibis Plzeň team — you made our trip unforgettable!

The room itself was spotless, modern, and very cozy. I also enjoyed the stylish bar area, which was a great place to unwind in the evening. While the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, everything offered was fresh and tasty. One major bonus was the free on-site car park — incredibly convenient and much appreciated.
Getting here was also a breeze, located very close to a major highway. Despite being located in an industrial estate, I could sleep easily with my window open with absolutely no noise whatsoever!
Overall, a great value stay with attentive service. Will 100% be back next time I’m in Pilsen - Highly recommended!
