The apartment in the central area was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the comforts except for the incredibly noisy bed. We discovered that there weren't slats, but rather a chipboard panel that creaked all around the perimeter. As a result, we didn't sleep all night. It's a shame, really a shame. The front desk couldn't fix this major inconvenience. The breakfast was good, with a varied continental selection. The coffee and cappuccino were awful. Overall, a very good hotel.

The hotel is cool and very well located, acceptable free parking. The only downside, the breakfast could be a little better.

My sweetie and I loved this place. We loved the breakfast options, they served us anyway, even though we were late and gracefully too with no complaints. The dinner options were also fantastic. It was quaint, and very modern. Would definitely stay again.

very nice lovely hotel, with a nice atmosphere and great cuisine. The cuisine is modern and healthy, I was very nicely surprised that they have water solan de cabras, fritz cola and other cool products. i will definitely come back soon.

Nice design rooms but there is a bad odour, they don't seem to be able to fix it, heating is too noisy, and some rooms only have a small roof window.

Perfect place where to stay if you spend some time in Pilsen. Everything is close (brewery, famous pubs, main square....)

My room was a bit smelling from the bathroom. Otherwise it was OK. Spa is sadly additional price.

Welcoming and friendly staff! Rooms are big and cosy at the same time. We were bit disappointed with the breakfast choice so there is room for improvement however we will be happy to come back again.

Been there some time ago. The management of the place is one painful experience. Where did they get those harpies from?! I feel sorry for whoever works around them, no class, no manners, plain rudeness.

A quite small hotel near city center. It's a warm and cozy hotel to stay in with your loved one. The food is good, and quite clean (though some mentioned that cleanliness might even be improved). Certainly will stay here again during my next visit in Plzen..

The best English breakfast in da town, period!

I was delighted to reside in that hotel once Alena presented me a room. However, when processing the registration form, we got involved into a dispute since I was unable to present residency in Europe which the form requires. Alena insisted that information to be necessary for acceptance as client. Alena addressed her superior, who backed her position with poor, elusive reasoning. That pony show ended up me leaving the place.
Note: what sort of business is that hotel when even the manager doesn't have the backbone to supervise a moody co-worker properly? A typical instance of lacking leadership with it's destructive consequences.

Nice hotel at a central location .with friendly and helpful staff. Best breakfast in a long time. Nice clean room with pleasant beds. Roomy bathroom with bath and amenities. TV and minibar. Location of my room at the side of the tram made it noisy, room was pretty warm as the air-conditioning only made noise and no cold air at all. Our group had several rooms and they all had that AC issue. Still a 4 star score due the other good points.

Convenient location, take either tram 1 or 2 from central station, one stop away.

We stayed here for one night. Nice, quaint hotel very close to main square. Breakfast was nice with enough selection but not overwhelming. Room is good size for 2 people. There is also free parking garage next to hotel. You can also park in front of the hotel but will need to pay extra. Highly recommended.
