We didnt come for the hotel room. It was decent size. Little bit of noice between rooms. Location good - and reasonably easy to find parking. Still good value for the low price we paid.

The location is perfect, but that is where it ends. The rooms are next to a nightclub, and you have to put up with it until 2 a.m. In the first room we had, there was mold in the shower, and the bathroom finish was substandard. I wanted to put my towel on a rack, and it broke off. There was a disco at night, so after complaining, we were given another room. Here, you had to shower in a bathtub under a sloping roof. Good luck with that. There was a disco again at night, and we couldn't sleep until 1 a.m. We pointed this out to the staff repeatedly, but all they can do is call the police.

Apart from having to run the water for a long time to shower and the hot/cold water being connected incorrectly, everything else was great 😀 Thanks, I'd gladly come again.

Staff very friendly and helpful, hotel has a lift and large rooms. We choose the deluxe as we wanted a double bed, anything else was not deluxe. Not all light bulbs working, furniture had a old, musky smell and no fridge...but a note to say "please tell reception if you take items from minibar" haha!!!
Bathroom very large with bath and shower facility. Tab turned nicely when you turned it on, basically all a bit in need of a revamp. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from. When I told reception the next day about the missing minibar she didn't believe me but when I suggested to go up to take a look, she declined as she was too busy! All in all ok & lobby looked amazing btw , rooms need more attention tho.

The hotel is extremely close to the main square in Pilsen, just a minutes walk. The beds were comfortable though the hotel lacked character. Additionally, staff need to be versed on the EU as they didn't understand that folks coming from other EU countries don't require visas. If you need a place to rest at an affordable rate within the city centre, Enjoy Inn is suitable.

The best English breakfast in da town, period!

I was delighted to reside in that hotel once Alena presented me a room. However, when processing the registration form, we got involved into a dispute since I was unable to present residency in Europe which the form requires. Alena insisted that information to be necessary for acceptance as client. Alena addressed her superior, who backed her position with poor, elusive reasoning. That pony show ended up me leaving the place.
Note: what sort of business is that hotel when even the manager doesn't have the backbone to supervise a moody co-worker properly? A typical instance of lacking leadership with it's destructive consequences.

Nice hotel at a central location .with friendly and helpful staff. Best breakfast in a long time. Nice clean room with pleasant beds. Roomy bathroom with bath and amenities. TV and minibar. Location of my room at the side of the tram made it noisy, room was pretty warm as the air-conditioning only made noise and no cold air at all. Our group had several rooms and they all had that AC issue. Still a 4 star score due the other good points.

Convenient location, take either tram 1 or 2 from central station, one stop away.

Hotel was not 4 star amenities.

Breakfast was okay (typical American hot fare). Too many people working.

We stayed here for one night. Nice, quaint hotel very close to main square. Breakfast was nice with enough selection but not overwhelming. Room is good size for 2 people. There is also free parking garage next to hotel. You can also park in front of the hotel but will need to pay extra. Highly recommended.
