The stay was not worth the price.
The hot tub leaked, and water ran onto the floor during showers. The sink was badly clogged. The temperature control in the room did not work well, so I had to use the heater while keeping the windows open.
The carpet was very dirty and looked like it had not been vacuumed for weeks. The furniture was uncomfortable. The TV and entertainment system were old and only had useless channels. There was also an unexpected $5 per day parking fee. Also I asked for an invoice by email, but I still haven’t received it.

We stayed 9 days and all went fine, except service could be improved to reach a true international level…still too Czech-type hotel. But it has a great potential.

The hotel is right on the outskirts of Pilsen, but this means it is very peaceful and relaxing. The hotel is large and spacious and can feel a bit cavernous, while the mix of guests means that some parts can be surprisingly quiet. Our room, a junior suite, was huge and gave us lots of room to spread out. The pool was really nice and there were only 4 of us there when we used it. My main course in the restaurant on the evening we ate there was one of the best meals of our holiday and good value. We also had a nice light lunch near the pool. Breakfast was OK, but the staff struggled to keep up with re-stocking the buffet and the cooked food was not really warm enough.

Good, well priced hotel. Area isnt nice but hotel itself is fully equipped, rooms are spacious and it is very clean. Staff works till 22:00

The room is big, spotlessly clean, the bed is comfortable. It is very quiet, the windows isolates the noises quite well and the building is far from the street. The breakfast was delicious and offer wide selection. One tiny thing that there is no power plug at the bed.
