The hotel lobby and room matched the posted pictures. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There was also free luggage storage and nice view from the room.

The hotel is located 5 mins walk from copenhagen train station. Room wise is quite basic and small but its clean. Breakfast was also not bad.

Excellent value for money hotel. Very well located, just a few hundred meters from Central Station and Tivoli Gardens in the Vesterbro district. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. They offer a delicious breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price for Copenhagen. The staff is very friendly. They also have bike rentals at a good price and a free luggage storage service. I would definitely stay here again.

The service is great. Pierre is very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel has free storage for our luggage as we arrived early before check in time. The room is clean and the toilet has warm floors.It is very near to the central station . There is a 7-eleven convenience stall nearby and it is near to a chinese, thai and jap restautants.

Wall of the room is so thin that you can hear everything from corridor and the others room. Yet, the front service was nice and it’s so nice of them that they let us leave our luggages for free before check-in and after check-out.

Good hotel right next to central station and the metro and walking distance from the main city. The room was small but to be expected for the price, everything needed was provided, but daily cleaning service was just making the bed, tea, coffee and cups were not replaced in the 3 days we were there. Also the temperature was very up and down and we couldn’t seem to control it. Breakfast was generally good but the hot food was a bit lacking, very basic egg and bacon and very limited for me as I don’t eat dairy. Taps were too low to refill water bottles but staff were happy to do this for us.

I booked a single room but the room type i got is different from what showing in photo. The room assigned to me is on the top floor which have a slanted ceiling. My bed is just right below the slanted ceiling and is actually very claustrophobic. I couldn’t sit on the bed at all.. Also, the room acoustic is bad, i can hear someone talking and argue ing outside the corridor from my room, 2 nights in a row and they are talking at 2-3am in the middle of the night from different group of people. However, cleanliness and location is good!!
