The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Copenhagen, close to many city attractions. It's within walking distance of the pedestrian street and Nyhavn, and public transport is easily accessible, with both the Central Station and metro station a convenient walk away.

I’ve stayed in many different hotels in central Copenhagen. Thr scandic certainly rates as one of the better ones - clean, quiet and great location. Friendly front desk staff and thr breakfast was okay/good.

Very spartan layout. I think the concept of being green is being carried too far in this hotel. It has a partially open shower but no floor towels.
I booked 3 rooms. Two did not have any telephones and no fridge while 3rd one had both.
Lighting was minimal so older folks like me found it troublesome packing and unpacking. Not bright enough.
Also room cleaning had to be indicated before 11pm the night before via an app rather than just calling or placing a service sign on the door. 11pm the night before???

We had stayed 10N with Scandic hotel within northern EU trip, Norway, Finland was a good experience but Cophengen stayed is an unpleasant, counter checked in staff is not helpful, room is not clean when entered and was told that room cleaning must pre book?  
Anyway location abt 10 mins walk from central station and breakfast is ok
