Lovely clean and very friendly stuff and anything we needed in the room it was there in 5 min

The hotel was really lovely and there was lots of hotel staff on hand ready to help if needed. Which i did on 1 occasion when my key card wasnt working the lift and i got stuck, they called out an engineer that day. Nust make sure that both you key cards work the lift. Also in the rooms just be awear that there is a small step up to the bathroom to stop room flooding, this is a design feature but east to stub toe (needs to be a sticker with a waring sign about small step). Mini bar in rooms are well stocked.

Booked for 1 day reception staff was very friendly on arrival and communication was excellent.
Room was spotless when entered and had loads of amenities inside the hotel.

Ama normal odanın Max. Sıcaklığı 23,5 dereceye ayarlaniyordu.
Tv nin yeri hiç uygun değildi. Tv izlemek mümkün değildi
22:00 olduğunda hiçbir yiyecek yapan restaurant yoktu.
Sabah kahvaltısında zeytin yoktu. Peynir 2 çeşitti.

Good clean room. Very comfortable room size. Location is around 10 minutes walk to Tivoli Garden. Nice hotel!

Do not bother with paying more for the "river view" as the river is blocked by another row of hotel/buildings and it is quite far away, I only caught a glimpse of the river inbetween the buildings. Location is a little inconvenient, it is a 17 minutes walk from the station (in the cold), unless you buy passes to board the bus which is expensive (or pray that there is no inspection). The hotel seems to be more appropriate for business travellers / conventions.
The rooftop bar was a lifesaver as it is open until 1am and kitchen closes at 11pm and the food is pretty decent (service is not, sadly).

The location is good, not too far from the center. I rented the bike and rode to center only 15 minutes.

THIS WAS OUR SECOND TIME IN TIVOLI HOTEL, AND EXACTLY AS LAST TIME WE ENJOYED SO MUCH!

The hotel room was very spacious, clean, and bright. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, though it was repetitive daily. Regarding the location: Copenhagen H Station isn't the closest, and it's quite a walk from there. I recommend taking bus number 17 if possible.
