What a cozy and lovely hotel! The facilities are great, and the service is excellent. My only suggestion would be to add more closet space. It's a bit out of the way, but that wasn't an issue for us as it's a quick walk to the city center.

Everything was simply wonderful! A huge thank you to the wonderful staff for their hospitality. Everything was spotlessly clean; I've never felt so cozy in any space. The breakfasts were amazing; even though they were the same for three days, every dish was still incredibly delicious! Thank you, if we return to Copenhagen, it'll be to you.

A gorgeous hotel with wonderful amenities. Room was comfortable, well designed - loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom! A nice touch to have a tea/snack station on each floor. Breakfast was divine, so fresh and such premium products. Especially lord making a yoghurt bowl every morning with the chia seed pudding and great assortment of fruit. Great location for the Metro - easy to travel in and out of the main city centre. 10/10 could not recommend enough

Great property, bike rental was quite expensive but convenient & the pool area is very nice but could do with a clean/ upgrade. Would also be nice to make use of the outside area during winter - put the heaters on / have some service outside.

The staff were very friendly. There was plenty of breafast options including a good selection of drinks. The rooms are beautiful and calming with comfy beds and pillows.
The hotel is situated out of the city but you can easily access this via tram or bus. We did walk to Tivoli Gardens which was a 30 minute walk but we felt very safe doing so.
We would stay here again.

The room was very nice and clean, quite a decent size too. Friendly staff at reception, tasty breakfast and nice amenities (swimming pool/sauna). It felt quite cozy and welcoming

This is a lovely hotel and I genuinely appreciated the design, the service and of course the heated swimming pool. I also appreciated the effort put into sustainability, I wish all hotels made as much effort in this department. I have two very slight bits of criticism. One is that the room was exceedingly hot at night making it difficult to sleep (even with the thermostat on 0). Additionally, I am really annoyed by hotel rooms where the toilet door does not close in a manner that is relatively soundproof, making each trip to the toilet an embarrassment (when you're with a partner or family, that is). But I overall really recommend it.

The room was impeccably clean, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. One of the standout features was the beautiful, warm pool that provided a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring and metro station is 5 minutes walk.
Overall, I would rate my stay at Bryggen Guldsmeden Hotel a solid 9/10. The combination of excellent service, clean accommodations, and a relaxing pool area makes it a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Disappointed by the stay. Location wasn’t as central as I had thought. Breakfast simple but not worth the additional cost. Ceiling lighting fell down and could have caused a serious injury. Asked for 5am wake up call and didn’t receive call until 5:15am.
