The hotel itself is solid but nothing extraordinary. Yet the exceptional service—coupled with the staff's genuine eagerness to make every guest feel truly at ease—rivals or even outshines that of a five-star resort. That's reason enough for me to book my next stay there without hesitation.

I stayed at the Alandino during a short trip to Santo Domingo. The room was very nicely done and the bed was very comfortable. The outdoor cafe/bar is cigar friendly so smoke it if you've got it. Make sure to have a Presidente while your there.

When it comes to comfort, save and enjoy, I am present there and on this occasion they suggested this hotel and it really was an excellent choice. perfect 15 minutes from the airport and all the restaurants are in the center of 4-8 minutes

The location is very centric. Is a very good option for business and staying the night in Santo Domingo. They served superb Dominican traditional breakfast and staff was very helpful. The checkout is at 1pm which is a huge differenciator in this market. It's an excellent option!

I booked a room (last minute) for one night only. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Other than the restaurant at the hotel, there isn’t much to do. I also felt very safe staying here for the night.

I booked a room in this hotel for 2019 Christmas. It's amazing but the restaurant's' personnel doesn't assist you with a smile.They are not kind. I had dinner in their restaurant and at 8 p.m. they start to tell me many times that they're going to close. While eating, they didn't even ask me if everything was okay with the dinners or if I needed something. They only interrupted me like 3 times to tell me that they're going to close. So, they wanted me to leave. That happened to me 3 times in a row. That's so impolite!

In addition, the rooms were clean. Nevertheless, they didn't change the bed sheets in the 7 days that I stayed in this hotel. I mean, this is so disgusting! I can't support it!

Positive things:

- It's in the city center
- The food tastes really good (but the juice have a lot of sugar in)
- Warming accueil

This is a great little place to stay. Not a great, action, location but not to far from everything you need. The staff was excellent, I stayed here about 3 months ago and definitely will go back. Had a good FREE breakfast, rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant had a good variety of food options and even good desert(Try that coco loco if you get a chance. Wasn't even that far from the referencia for the COVID test. It was a couple of blocks over and they had the result by the evening. Would recommend this place 10 out of 10 times.

Heard really good things about this place. I only attended to an activity at their restaurant, so can only talked about their service on food and drinks at this time. The place looks very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Good was really good! Quite environment!
