Bad service
The service was terrible, they never had change, the restaurant and jacuzzi weren't working, the TV never worked in four days, and the hot water didn't work for two days.

The front desk staff was very nice and attentive but the hotel in general is very lacking and needs upgrade. The bathroom in my hotel room was incredibly small, a reasonably-sized person could barely fit in there. Also, the mattress in my room was old and deformed and should had been replaced. On the website it states that breakfast is offered in the hotel but that was not the case when I stayed there. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel beyond 2 or 3 days max, not really worth it.

The bathroom in the hotel room is extremely small and overall poorly designed, a reasonably-sized person can barely fit in there, it is ABSURDLY small. The mattress in my hotel room was old and should definitely have been replaced. On the website it states that breakfast is offered in the hotel, that was not the case when I stayed there. This hotel seems okay for short stays, like 1 or 2 days max, I don't recommend anyone to stay longer than that, definitely not worth it.

Is a small hotel I will said motel instead! Good for one or two nights no more than that!!

The property needs improvement. A microwave and an iron should be in each room.

I was nice the staff was very attentive and polite. But I had circumstance in the recepción with them try to over charge me another extra 100 dollar for early check in when I ready pay the day 20/6/2024.

The other thing was concerning me was the noice for the night club on the first floor and the karaoke night plus to you defenely you not going to get the properly rest the you need paying 113 dollar per night.

The room have gap between the Blaine bothering me all time.

Other en that would be great if they working a little be more on custumer comfort.

Great location on the Malecon. We had a nice room with a balcony and ocean view. But the main stand out point was the staff. All 3 gentlemen at the front desk were outstanding. Very responsive, polite and knowledge. We will be back

Food and service is horrible. Nothing worse than crappy pizza to a New Yorker... except crappier service. The waiter only has about for tables (including us). The place is almost empty and we couldn't get good service. They didn't know what a real margarita pizza was (tomatoes and basil) and they also had NO BEAR. Whaaaaaaa? In DR? No bear? Really?

The view is nice though
. You can see the ocean. The restaurant looks nice and is in a prime location. Parking is not too bad if you get here before 7pm.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. There were only three tables with patrons and our server couldn't attend to us in a timely manner. When we ordered beers, they not only didn't have Presidente Light (you can throw a rock and find a bottle anywhere here), but they had the audacity to bring us hot beer. Every other establishment we went to, warned us that their beer wasn't cold enough, if they had an issue with their freezers. This place couldn't give two thoughts to it. They rather us sit and settle down and bring us the drinks to experience the terribleness on our own. Wasted time and wasted money. The pizza arrived cold and was no different than any other pizza in the area. MEDIOCRE AT BEST. Thanks for the less than pleasurable experience.
