Very good location to explore the Colonial area. Close to the park, entrance of the Conde.
Safe, not fancy but good. All the essentials are there . A bit dated, but maintained. Roof top pool and roof top breakfast are very nice. Personnel helpful and nice.
I'm been here few times and is always my first choice when I need to go in Town.

Everything was perfect for the agreed price. There were worse places in the area. I liked the lobby. No problems at all.

It is close to everything you need. Stores, restaurants, bars and pharmacies. The only issue I had was the lights in my room did not work. Other than that everything else was good.

like staff services don,t like ,no cold water in the bathroom sink ,no fan and light in the sofa room, ac liking , to much water in the floor cause the AC , THANKS

1. Rook 316. Air conditioner not working. Remote screen broken and cannot see control panel. Couldn't change to another room as hotel was full. Had to sleep in room with fan only.
2. Fan didn't seem to work at first but staff managed to repair it. Working fan made loud noises.
3. No mirror in room.
4. One window faces inside of the house corridor the 2nd window is in toilet facing the outside.

Plus
1. Both staff at reception very friendly especially the night shift guy who helped to solve the air con and fan problem. Both are good in english.
2. TV has a few channels in English.
3. There is lift and room has the basic amenities.
4. Location is superb and a good local restaurant nearby.

The area is not properly acomodated to stay and the air conditioning does not work and everything is old in the rooms, smells really bad, not a safe area at night.
There were no towels and room was not totally apropiate to sleep, very noisy and lots of people coming in and out of the hotel when not staying

Average. Good, but I found cockroaches in some rooms.
I changed rooms and it was better.
I will definitely return because of the location and the price.

This is a big hotel, not even a guest house, the faucet leaks, the washbasin and walls are falling off, the room is said to be 20 square meters but in reality it is less than 15 square meters, a few cockroaches come out from time to time, and you have to tell them when you want to clean, otherwise they respect your privacy and don't clean. The only thing is the location is ok. I won’t live here anymore! Too dirty!

Pollo Rey in any other place is ok, but this one, particularly, is beyond awful. The staff was not friendly at all. The tender from the sandwich I ate was salty and looked pretty much like some alien sort of thing. Also, the bathroom was dirty and disgusting. I was surprised they offered such a terrible service, because I have been to other Pollo Rey establishments and they have been nothing like this one.
