The place and view was quiet, clean, beautiful with an amazing ocean view with hot water and mini fridge that they keep stocked for you to order beverages including beer at a fair price along with a very nice vegetarian and fruit breakfast. The host are good people and very professional and punctual. Please keep in mind this spot does not allow any outside visitors which is clearly stated in their rental terms on booking.com where I found them. It is safe a gated and the amazing sounds of the birds chirping and breeze from the ocean with screened nets add even more value to this affordable oasis in paradise . I certainly recommend them and would rent again for sure. Strong Wifi is included.

We stayed at B&B El Mirador Al Mar for two nights with our small dog, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is simply perfect—nestled in nature with breathtaking views of the sea, yet still close to the city. Waking up to the morning breeze was such a delight! The hosts Luce and Massimo were amazing, providing us with detailed tips about the best places to visit in the area and making us feel like part of the family. And the breakfast? Absolutely outstanding—a feast for both the eyes and the palate. We will definitely return!

Fantastic view . Quiet area . Luce and Massimo is wonderful people. Apartment was nice , outdoor kitchen and room with double bed . I stay for 2 1/2 months . I really had a good time staying there . They are wonderful hosts who do everything to ensure that the guests have a good time.

Lovingly situated up the hill from Sosua Central. This is a great place to relax and recoup. 10 minute walk to all amenities. Rooms are clean and spacious and the hosts Luce and Maximus are fantastic and always obliging.

A true paradise in Sosúa. Luce and Massimo created a calm and beautiful place and they are so kind. They helped us out with tips to a snorkel-trip which was very good and also how we manage to get to Samana the best way. The breakfast was made with much love and with a great view, too. The shower had warm water. We totally recommend it. Thank you, Luce, Massimo and Zeus :)

This is a very peaceful place with a nice ocean view overlooking the town of Sosúa. The owner/hosts, Luce and Massimo are very attentive. Breakfast (extra cost with my plan) was simple but well done) The rooms have a rustic feel with a polished coral floor and wood built-ins. All of the tables, doors and other wood installations are hand made by Massimo. The windows have good screens. Everything was very clean. There is no air conditioning but the fans were quite sufficient in keeping me cool. There is usually a nice ocean breeze. It is a fairly long walk to the town of Sosua and a little further to the beach (Most people would want to take a taxi back) but taxis are easy to get and you can always flag down a ‘motoconcho’ if you get tired on your way. There is plenty of gated parking if you have a car. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a safe, quiet place while having easy access to the beach and the excitement of Sosua & Cabarete

We spent 6 weeks here and it was a beautiful experience! The room with the outdoor kitchen was unique, the location of the house is very quiet and surrounded by nature, but not far from the centre. Luce and Massimo were very welcoming, thank you for the lovely time!

The Mirador Al mar is the perfect(!) place to relax after a day in Sosua, because of its quite location and its heartwarming hosts Maximo and Luce. The rooms are very spacious and they are beautifully designed. You should definitely try Maximos Mangorisotto, a fusion of Caribbean and Italian cuisine. It's a dream come true!

A haven of tranquility, and beautiful energy that the owners Maximo and Luce have created. There dedication and love of nature has made this location a true Gem in the hills of Sosua. Started morning with a meditation by Luce (excellent) followed by fresh healthy Breakfast a great treat of local fruits, fresh eggs and breads. This was the cleanest accomadation we encountered in Sosua. In addition they provided us with Holistic treatments of message, Reiki and yoga (excellent) over all the attentiveness and friedliness of the owners have proven this to be a place to stay more than just a few day, a true paradīze near the ocean, but far enough to escape the noice and hustle of the town. A must place to stay for peace and enjoyment of the tropical ambiance with the friendliest couple to make our stay perfect.
