Really noise early morning being on the street

The staff was very accommodating, for the most part. There were so unusual moments that I have not experienced elsewhere ( no pool towel provided ,) a large dog onsite barking most of the day with other dogs, and poor internet service. Very very nice place to visit and quiet and relaxing, staff truly professional yet down to earth, I absolutely loved my stay and will return. The breakfast was delicious and healthy.

The young girl at the reception who helped us checked in was very welcoming! We get there a little early before check in and we are so Thankful that they accommodated us! Also their breakfast was DELICIOUS! Great portions as well! The area is very calm! And the style of this place is beautiful!

It is definitely not as Booking.com shows. The small apartments have very bad ventilation and no aircon included. The place is really far from the beach and the neighborhood doesn't look nice at all.. I was walking alone at night without issue but it didn't feel nice. The owners weren't very welcoming, but definitely care about getting money. There are nicer places on the beach for the same price range

This place is a little paradise . We checked in a bit late and the staff was there to welcomed us . Beautiful clean room and we could see banana trees from our balcony . And the rooms are cheap!! Great quality /price . We will be back for sure .

I loved this place. It's beautiful, quite (no loud music around), and the staff is helpful. It's perfect for couples. The only shortcoming is the location. As a solo traveller I didn't like to go back home alone in the night. Neighbourhood seems quite but the street is not well lit and there's no-one around

We stayed here in July 2016. The owners were very hospitable. We were in a self contained room with a kitchen. We were able to leave our car in the yard and we felt safe the entire time. I would stay here again.

We just got back from Las Terranas! We stayed with a group of friends (four couples) at the Albachiara. Two couples had their own room and we shared a two-bedroom room with another couple. All the rooms were clean and super cute! We especially loved our two-bedroom. Very unique, nice little decorative touches, breezy and comfy patio, and really nice pool. Nice rooms with interesting layouts, and decent amenities like a pool and easy beach access. Found a roach in the room and cleanliness has some to be desired, but overall affordable and reasonable

It's an amazing place surrounded by nature. The whole complex has a river filled with animals running below it which is pretty neat. Only reccomendation would be to bring your reppellant since at night mosquitoes get fiesty in las Terrenas

We had such a good time. My kids loved the large pool. It was so spacious and not crowded. The beach was only a few yards away from the pool. Everything was kept neat a d clean from the common areas to the apartments. I can't say enough about the staff. They were friendly kind and understanding. I plan to go back.

Excelent place to stay if you have the chance, the beach is beautiful, the building are with an eco-friendly design, leaving the mangrove swamp as it is and constructed around them, pretty close to las Terrenas beach and a few really good restaurant. The only downside is that the beach club doesn't sell breakfast nor dinner and that the are no signs to know where things are (got lost a few times)...

The shape of the hotel is very unique next to the beach. There are shops right under hotel and close too many restaurants and night clubs. We loved our time on the property itself and in the rooms (we tried two room styles and very much enjoyed them both). A very good place to stay some nights, relatively near to the beach, comfortable and friendly people. I was 1 night and I enjoyed of they jacuzzi, air-conditioning and comfortable rooms.

Do not rent this place for long term stays if you are working remotely. - The Wi-Fi is terrible. Video calls were impossible. As a result we had to use Claro SIM cards for which we payed ourselves. A very nice residence, in a convenient location, few steps away from the beach and the town center. The appartment was relly quiet, clean and well equipped. Francesca, the owner, was very helpful: a true sample of excellent hospitality. Internet is working well and is free! I would definetly recommend.

Nice rooms and a kind owner. The toilets are a bit small and the neighbours are currently constructing a new building (from 8 am to 9 pm). Everything else was okay.
